Enjoyed a 4 day vacation here. Nice, clean room, nothing fancy. The garden was lovely though and so was the gazebo where meals are served. My only problem with this lodge is one very pushy member of staff who sells hand made sandals, She was relentless in marketing her sandals and it became quite a chore having to pass through... More

Small booking glitch but promptly resolved. The Pamusha Team really treated my family and parents with utmost respect. The team was helpful in many respects during our 3 day family retreat. The environment is tranquil and the ambience very homely(pamusha as name suggests).Overal upkeep of the facility commendable. Will definitely stay at Pamusha again. My children loved it! Good Customer service... More

This March 2015 my husband and I stayed two nights at the Pamusha Lodge in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. The room was adequate for all our needs but the staff made the stay exceptional. Thank you to all the staff but especially Wisdom for handling all our arrangements, Talent for waiting two hours to pick us up from the bridge to... More

The Pamusha Lodge hotel is a little out of the main Victoria Falls area, but this was not a problem as the hotel offers shuttles to and from the Falls National Park and town area as well as providing a service to and from the airport. Once the room was booked contacting the hotel to arrange the collection from the... More

Thank you very much for the review ,we really thank you for all the issues raised and we will continuosly improve on all the areas as it is our chief aim that every guest who books with us feels at home away from home. It is within our plans to revamp the swimming pool in the winter season and make... More

Was conducting some site reviews for an upcoming Meeting and had to sample a few places. This one ranks highly on lists. Renovations makes has raised the rooms standards to near prefect. A beautiful environment too.

Room was average; AC good; Bathroom could use some updating. We could not figure out the AC remote when we first got there and the staff was very quick and helpful showing us how it worked. Nice reception when we got there with juice and snacks. Bar /restaurant was quaint and the steak dinner was the best steak we had... More

My family and I stayed at this hotel just New Year's day. The rate we secured was excellent compared to other hotels in the area. We were a group of 13. Check in was swift and efficient. The proprietor David and his staff were courteous and friendly. The rooms were clean and well appointed, not extravagant but practical. Dinner was... More

We spent two nights in Victoria Falls at the end of our three-week trip in southern Africa (Namibia and Botswana). With good reviews and a price that was not exaggerated (which is not usually the case in Victoria Falls), we decided to book two nights at Pamusha Lodge. Being a gay couple we knew that a trip in southern Africa... More

This hotel was a bit farther from town, about a 30 minute walk from Victoria Falls city center and 35-40 minutes walk from Victoria Falls Park. They offer shuttle service to VFA Airport for $30 one way. The rooms were ok, just your run-of-the-mill 2 or 3 star hotel. Agatha was very nice, a bit stoic, but helpful. She arranged... More
