The rooms are ok but those overlooking the road are very noisy. The breakfast is ok but the evening buffet is not good value for money. When I arrived only one lift was working but after few hours that had broken and was not repaired. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 10 minute taxi ride... More

The room was nice and clean (for tunisian standards). The bathroom gave me a bad impression at first, but just because everything seemed old and dated. The continental breakfast was a surprise, I expected worse. The hotel is a full 3 stars for tunisian standards, and it is located in the city centre; anyway, you need a taxi to get... More

This is not a three star hotel with a clientรจle and location to match. This is a smoker-friendly hotel, if you like that sort of thing in the restaurant and the elevators. Management almost hostile if you insist on getting what you paid for. Big buffet dinner and breakfast, but nothing flash. Way too expensive at advertised rates

Given how expensive hotels are in Tunis, spend $20 more and get a descent hotel with clean rooms, non-mildew bathrooms, better breakfast, more helpful staff, and an overall better location to the Medina and local train to Carthage. 3 Star per Tunisia but closer to 1-2 star hotel by American standards.

Hotel Le Pacha has some good things going for it and some very bad. Our experience of visiting Tunis could have been so much better if the hotel had some major improvements. 1. Train ALL the staff to be polite, cheerful and helpful. Some were very pleasant- reception staff seem generally helpful, porters also helpful and friendly. However there is... More

Hotel not too far from the airport about 15 mins. From the city centre a 20 minute walk , taxi a couple of dinars negotiate the price before you get in , you might find it difficult to get a taxi for the return journey. Reception staff OK , no lifts working had to walk up 3 flights of stairs... More

Stayed here for a week, the food was terrible, the staff were very rude, arrogant to customers and lack training. Each time I went to eat in the restaurant I was asked for my room number which is normal but Arabs were not asked for room numbers! I assume any non-resident Arab could just walk in, eat the food and... More
