On my journey through Tunisia, I stayed in this hotel for only one night and I can say that the hotel is at the level of 3 stars. The hotel staff was friendly and the room was clean. Hotel is in a good location in the city center.

We stayed at the Yadis Ibn Khuldoon recently. Booking.com charged us €69 for the night. The description on their site says there is satellite TV, and remote control for the air conditioning. They really need to send someone there to check this out. No satellite TV, and the TVs are so old you have to change the channels manually. The... More

Reception employee was drunk, the rooms are very run down and old, the carpet and bed frame had disgusting stains everywhere, the TV screen was so hard to read, the receptions credit card machine was broken, the whole place is run down and old....worst of all, they gave us keys to a room that was already occupied. When we opened... More

It's a wonderful hotel! The staff working there are so helpful and nice. So appropriate for conferences (5 conference rooms with different sizes and many facilities). In the city center of Tunis and so close to all commodities and means of transport. 15minutes from the airport!

Dear readers. It was my first visit to Tunis in December 2012. Since I have read the history of Ibn Khaldoun, and I was very much familiar with this name therefore when I booked my hotel via internet I chose Ibn Khaldoun Hotel. It is located in the centre of the city, not very far from Airport. It takes just... More

I have spent one night at this hotel on my way from Southern Tunisia to Europe, and found that it was an acceptable solution. The room was reasonably clean but it had a strong smell of smoke. When I arrived the heating was not working, and the technician spent about 1/2 hour working until it finally got fixed. Service is... More

The hotel is next to all amenities in the center of the city, the staff reception and room service are always smiling, the rooms are clean, nicely decorated for a relaxing stay. Delicious Tunisian food and a large choice of dishes from an international kitchen. I enjoyed my stay in that hotel .

Stayed for 10 days in July 2012, in a large "superior" room. This hotel needs an overhaul, it was probably good 20 years ago. Room furniture was battered, carpets were filthy, air-con was noisy, hot water kept coming out a brown colour. The TV was old, the channels available are limited and picture/reception was awful. Restaurant was help-yourself buffet for... More

Its location is very good and you need 10 minutes walking to reach center of the city. The room was clean and room service was good but the air condition system did not work good and also there wasn't minibar or refrigerator in room. Internet connection was only available in lobby. Buffet breakfast wasn't bad. Lunch and dinner menu was... More
