This is one of the best places I've stayed recently. The restaurant has wonderful Tunisian food and the entire facility has great staff. Everyone working here is helpful and genuinely positive. Super!

The hotel is a "real" Accor hotel, located within 10 minutes walk to main attractions and busy streets. Small reception area, friendly staff. Room is relatively small but clean and well lit. Breakfast is average but dinner buffet is very good and at good price.

The hotel is located near the city's central area (?) where there's a clock tower. One of my friend told me that Arab Spring demonstration has started from that area. From the airport, it took around 30 - 40 minutes drive. My friend drove me around, so I do not have much idea about taxi situation in Tunis. Front reception... More

I've stayed in a Superior Room for a couple of days. The hotel is pretty much close to everything, Public transportation available walking distance from the property. The hotel staff is well trained. A Front office agent by the name of Selim was very helpful and knowledgeable. Provided all I asked for on time. During my previous stays in Tunisia... More

This is the most central business friendly hotel in tunis. Central clean practical; with all the modern luxuries available . They have a nice breakfast and nice dinner choice . Be warned it's quite expensive for a 4 star business hotel and usually fully booked.

Very well located close to most of my clients (either within walking distance, or short taxi ride) and not far from some nice local restaurants, Novotel's ratio price vs. quality is very good. Friendly staff. Rooms are modern and clean. I find them big enough, but am not very demanding. Excellent bed! Good room service as well. Gym/fitness is on... More

Nothing special to say, either positive or negative. Is a average business hotel, with acceptable rooms. WC is ok, basic, the service is also ok. Note that the beds are terrible, prison stile, very narrow, with terrible mattress. Ok for a short stay.

Excellent hotel! Very clean, friendly staff, and very well situated. On Mohamed V street, it is a walking distance to "The Tunisian Champs Elysee" and the old city. You can easily get a cab from right in front of the hotel. Rooms are spacious and very well equipped with free WiFi and sound proofing.

very friendly staff, but the room cleanliness is not at all satisfying: dirty carpet, bathroom with hair attached. Breakfast is not very abundant, especially the part sweet and the coffee very bad.the price is very high for the service quality
