Building looks attractive but it's not a great experience staying there. Yes, the place is spacious with large open areas and bright, simply furnished bedrooms, though the matresses and pillows are cheap. No air conditioning was available in late April when the temperature was hot and afternoon sun made rooms overlooking the pool uncomfortable. Low occupancy resulted in reduced staff... More

Very clean, nice views, fantastic pool, friendly staff. The carpet and hallways did look old and need replaced, but until the economy and the tourists return, it's not going to happen. However, our room was clean and the furnishings pleasant. The bed was not the most comfortable, but we had the surprise of having some sort of a suite, with... More

4 star? U will soon forgot quite giant and inviting entrance hall. Time ago, maybe it was 4 stars. Everything now looks old, particularly room and furniture. Not very clean everywhere with terrible moquette in some common area. Restaurant: poor choice, uninviting atmosphere and presentations of food. Stay away.

We stayed here for two nights with an Exodus group of 15. The rooms are satisfactory and clean. The public spaces are spacious. The dining room offers an extensive selection of buffet food and the waiters were attentive. We didn't explore the grounds but the signage indicates that there are quite a few features, including an indoor and an outdoor... More

We stayed at the FRAM Palmeraie for 3 days (family of 6). On the positive side: The hotel's workers were extremely pleasant and helpful, buffet had a good and healthy choice of food. The best surprise for us was the mini zoo inside the hotel: Roosters, hens, sheep, ducks, etc. which was pleasant for the kids. On the negative side:... More

LaPalmeraie is a very good hotel which has a fine dining room with good quality meals. I was disappointed by the fact that the hotel requires you to pay $5 US per gourmet to access their wireless network in the lobby. This seems steep for a service that is usually free at other Tunisian hotels I also suggest that anybody... More

We stayed (4 persons) at La Palmerie for few days over new year booked through the excellent and very helpful local travel agency (New Space). As the case in hotels in rip- off -Tunisia, rates are per person and not per room (£60 per person) so you end up paying double, plus the compulsory new year eve dinner (£60 a... More
