We were not expecing to much but it turned out as a nice surprise. Clean, good food, professional and friendly staff. Free WiFi. Well located. Architecture realy like a castle (KSAR).so kids liked it also.

This is a beautiful hotel, very well kept and service is second to none, we stayed for a single night whilst on the Tunisian Sahara Excursion. This hotels rooms have plenty storage, a separate toilet and very comfy beds. The food is very nice buffet style with plenty choice and staff who are willing and able. Would definitely recommend.

Our room faced the afternoon/setting sun. We had two dreadful nights here - we could not sleep due to the heat. It was apparently not "the season" so management refused (when my colleague complained) to put on the air conditioning. And I am not used to trying to sleep at over 30 Celsius. And the balcony was not secure enough... More

I like to stay in this hotel every year excepted last year where I could not come. I hope to go this year. The staff and the employees are so attentive. The architecture is like desert one and i appreciate a lot the generous hospitality.

Stayed here for one night en route to Tamerza. Arrived around 2200 hours. No porters available to assist with luggage and only one person on reception who was doing her best to manage all the arrivals with no other assistance. Were given what they said was one of their best rooms - which faced onto the road outside the Hotel,... More

Good location, not far from the centre. Ask for a quiet room: ours was perfect, but our friends' one was a bit noisy, mainly because of the loud prayers coming from the mosque very early in the morning! This is the only weak point, tough: the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are kind and helpful, in the buffet... More

I was here for a stay of 3 days on 18,19,20 March 2013.The hotel is build on an Andalous style(dark yellow and green). The garden is well maintained. I especially liked the fountains in the entry and in all the regions. The first day, the kitchen was not varied because the number of customers exceeds the tens but after this... More

Having driven from Tunis to Tozeur everything is back to normal. Only the beautiful hotel is half empty but remains highly recommendable.

This hotel resembles a Moorish Spanish Palace. Loved its architecture and room was spacious, well decorated, very clean, comfortable and very well located. Nice pools, bar and overall great experience. Only downsize was that internet service was down.
