This was one of our stops since we were doing the tour of Tunisia with exotic tours. We only stayed here one night. The hotel is really beautiful and well kept. The room was cute and very nice. We had a winding staircase to get up to the second floor which was cute. The lobby had a nice seating area... More

This hotel is extremely pleasant at first sight, especially the furnishment and interior design - both lobby and rooms. One disadvantage is that the water in the pool, basins, shower in the rooms is salty /thanks to the desert location/. Very bad service in the restaurant, but the food was ok. Otherwise, the gardens, the pool, the lobby and the... More

This hotel was a part of a 2-day trip to Sahara desert. We have no idea, how this hotel received 4-stars, but it's really bad. At least the pool was working till midnight, so we had that going for us, which was nice. The room was dirty, had stains all over the place. The air conditioner was pretty much destroyed... More

As many other reviewers, I have stayed at the Ras El Ain as part of a 2-day desert trip. Many flaws for a 4-star hotel. The atrium and the lounge area are nice, and are kept at a dim light which makes them very cosy. Our room was very dirty. Dust on the corners, dead mosquitoes all over the walls... More

Nice Hotel just a few minutes from the airport and the center of the Tozeur village/city. Very clean, helpful staff, nice swimming pool. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only disappointing thing (...if I really need to find one) was the gym, which I didn't use, with very old and dirty stuff. Very nice and comfortable stay in general

Stayed here overnight as part of a 2 day tour. It was late in the afternoon when we got to the hotel and by the time we have checked in and settled in our room it was already too dark outside to explore the hotel. The rooms were on a separate complex from the main building, so we have to... More

My wife and I enjoyed a fantastic two-day tour of Tunisia, starting from and returning to Sousse. We loved the trip, with interesting stops on both days. This hotel provided the evening dinner, overnight accommodation, and breakfast for the middle part of the trip. Frankly, we saw little of the hotel, and thus this review will be shorter than my... Stayed here for one night as part of a two day tour. The sign says 4 star but.... The hotel was reasonably clean and food was okay. If I was back in the area would probably stay here. As arrived in the evening and left before sunrise, didn't get a chance to explore grounds. Swimming pool and area look good.... More

Very nice rooms, good food, good service, lovely garden. In general, the hotel looks really welcoming and cosy. Even though it is located somewhere in the Sahara desert, it has a fine WiFi access. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience.

The hotel is big, although the rooms are spreaded around the hotel, which can make them a bit far of the public areas. You have 2 nice swimming pools, good looking rooms and nice food at the restaurant. The service, however, could be better especially at the restaurant.
