The nature of my job (Aviation) I traveled a lot and I have been through many hotels but this hotel has amazed me. Excellent services both on-line hotel and restaurant. A flawless clean, quiet, civilization. The staff is friendly and very caring. I can say without noted that in the 5 days as I stood there I felt a princess... more

We had to change room twice - first one had not been cleaned when we arrived at 5h00 p.m., second room had an overwhelming disgusting stench of sewerage. Third room still had a smell of sewerage in toilet but tolerable. Room was small and so was the window. Buffet was fine but dining room is cold and has no ambiance.... more

Rooms were large and comfortable, and the buffet meals bountiful with good variety. Beautiful grounds and indoor pool. Good location to walk into town, but the staff seemed unhappy. more

Reading some of your previous reviews, all I can say is that some people are hard to please, especially considering that they are not in New York, Las Vegas, or San Francisco. We stayed two nights at this hotel, feeling it was the best he had in Tunisia (including the Africa Hotel in Tunis). The room was spacious and well... more

I would not recommend this hotel and it certainly does not deserve 4 stars. The rooms were expensive ($200+ for a double), very small, poorly appointed and smelt vile. We complained about the smell from the toilet and the cleaning woman said all the rooms smell the same. There is one night stand so the other person in the room... more

There are better hotels in Tozeur t of same rating do not recommend taking pot luck at this one with room allocation.. Hotel is busy with large groups of maiinly French and Spanish who are given preference for rooms. Rooms vary in size, and are poorly maitained by housekeeping. Block with room numbers in 100,s have drainage problem and guests... more

During a 7 day trip in Tunis we stayed here 2 nights. It is a very good hotel, new, clean, confortable, whith a pleasant and useful staff and a large indoor swimming pool and a good outdoor one. The food is good and the restaurant is not overcrowded. The bar is ok. Problems: the structure of the hotel is in... more

This is a pleasantly designed hotel, with the rooms spread around on several different layers, and with attractive archways breaking up the "landing" areas. The pool area was also pleasant. Our room was quite small, but well appointed and comfortable. The dining room was very hot, which made it a less pleasant experience than it would otherwise have been; the... more

We stayed at Hotel Ras el Ain for 2 days, as part of our Tunisia oasis tour. The hotel is located at Tozeur's zone touristique, next to several other hotels. At a first glance hotel's facilities looked just really nice: great entrance, beautiful gardens, large indoor and outdoors pools... However, our stay was rather disappointing, considering it is supposed to... more
