This is without a doubt the most heavenly place nestled in a magnificent area of our planet. The Serengeti is BREATHTAKING and every single detail of this camp honors it….staff are wonderful, warm, real and profoundly connected/sensitive to nature and the animals living there. The tents are gorgeous and the food is divine. I long for this place….all the time…..it's... More

This was a true experience worth writing about. The food was spectacular, the rooms were luxurious, and the staff were all very friendly. The proximity to amazing wildlife was great and the "sundowner" with the Hippo's was amazing. Our guide Emmanuel was very knowledgeable and created a great few days for us out with the animals. Its a must do... More

This was our favorite camp of our 10 day Tanzanian Safari. The rooms were spectacular, the staff was amazing, and the managers were great. We’ve never been treated so well. Wildlife was abundant even in the camp. We had a herd of elephants living in the camp with us and as a result needed escorts to get to and from... More

This camp was absolutely gorgeous and the food was incredible. The power did go out once or twice but the staff handled it immediately and it was really a non issue. The staff could have been a bit more attentive but overall a truly incredible experience. We could not believe that such a camp could exist out in the bush!... More

Sayari Camp, owned by Asilia Africa, is remotely located in the Northern Serengeti, with easy access to the Mara River for viewing The Great Migration and this is the reason we chose this camp. In addition, it is very luxurious and made the perfect place to treat ourselves and spend the last 4 nights of our safari, before heading home.... More

My family and I went on a 2 week safari in Tanzania in January. We stayed in 4 different camps and one hotel. Sayari Camp was, without a doubt, our favorite. Everything was perfect- amazing hosts, fabulous accommodations and truly incredible food. There were so many wonderful aspects to this camp: whenever possible the staff brought the tables outside and... More

We stayed at Sayari for 3 luxurious nights - the service, the food and the accommodations were amazing. Ross and Katherine are lovely hosts, Simba is a terrific chef and all of the staff are very attentive - greeting us each day as we returned from safari with warm towels, setting up a table for us under a shady tree... Sayari is one of my favorite places in Serengeti, the combination of luxury, comfort and location, wilderness. Great views, incredible showers and beautiful rooms. This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking to travel to the northern part of the Serengeti.

We were advised by our travel planner to make this our last stop in Serengeti as it would be a fitting luxurious end. We did not heed that advice, but understood what she meant when we stepped into the camp. It is a bastion of luxury in the middle of nowhere - the homely lounge; the amazing rooms, most of... More
