A small, eight tents, moving camp. The tents are comfortable with adequate bathroom facilities. Minimal furnishing and equipment. But the camp has a nicely furnished living area. Not to be compared with tented camps in India which are far more luxurious, but we came for the game drives and have seen an incredible variety of animals. Very friendly staff and... More

This was the final part of our Sky Safari with Elewana. The whole trip was 11/10, and this was a great finale. A great young couple host with genuine attentiveness. The food was excellent uniformly. The 'tents' have 90% of the tent experience, but with a hot shower and a great deck to watch the wildlife. Baboons at night are... More

Where to start - -maybe with the giraffe who "adopted" the Camp and greeted us on arrival, followed immediately by cool towels and welcome cocktails which was repeated each day. This was the last stop on our safari and we spent 3 luxurious nights here. Absolutely nothing was overlooked and the staff was uniformly excellent and friendly. A special shout... More

This was our last stop on the Elewana sky safari trip and it was our favourite location. The game drives were amazing and we even managed to see the great migration - our driver Moses was fantastic! The tents were incredible, and a real experience of (very glam) glamping. The camp is situated right next to a river filled with... More

We stayed the last 3 days of our 10 day safari at the Serengeti Migration Camp and found it to be a great finish to a "once in a lifetime" trip. The Camp cascades down a hillside toward the river full of hippos. The common areas are quite stunning and comfortable; there is even a swimming pool. The food was... More

We were given a very warm welcome when we arrived here. This is a lovely camp with very comfortable rooms/tents. The hippos make a great nose, but you feel safe and warm in your comfortable bed (heated by hot water bottles, as it was winter when we were there.). The food and the service are exceptional, and the staff go... More

Okay, overall we enjoyed the Migration Camp. Ryan and his delightfully charming wife, Lauren, are wonderfully kind. Stan and Godfrey as guides are terrific. Hearing the hippos bellowing each night, you adjust to. Chef Paul dances like no other. Oscar, the hornless Cape Buffalo, we did not see. Those who took the walking tour enjoyed it, but thought the strenuousness... More

You're in a tent here at Migration Camp, but not as you would think. A full and proper king size bed, a toilet and a hot shower all come as standard with the only clues that you are actually out in the middle of a game reserve being the tent howling in the wind and the hippos walking around in... The Serengeti Migration Camp is a great experience, but the arguments between the elephants and hippos eventually ceased to be entertaining and became a little tiresome. That aside, the camp is very well located in the Serengeti and the staff is exceptionally accommodating. They cheerfully changed our room from one that was located up a long flight of stairs and...
