Bilila lodge( now Four Seasons lodge) is truly one of the most outstanding properties we have stayed . The rooms were spacious (our room had a plunge pool on the balcony) and overlooked a watering hole where the Elephants and other wild life gather. The public spaces are beautifully appointed and the staff friendly and helpful. We ate all our... More

We spent one night at the Four Seasons Serengeti during our 2 week safari. The property is very beautiful and in a great location. Our room was beautiful and the wall of windows opens up to the terrace...great view. The downfall to the resort is the service...the staff are all so very nice and lovely people, they just don't know... More

Fantastic hotel to stay, out of this world. Great family rooms, excellent facilities to relax after safari. Saw elephants come to drink water at night and first thing in the morning. Infinity pool has fantastic view. Food delicious.

After a long, hot and dusty day in the bush this "resort" was heaven in earth. The entrance, considering you are in the middle of the Serengeti, was stunning. The rooms are very well appointed with beautiful views from your private balcony, marble bathrooms and a canopied bed. Relaxing by the infinity pool while different groups of animals came to... More

We booked our Safari through a local travel agency, so we did not know much about Bilila. Much to our surprise, this was one of the most fantastic hotels we've ever been to. We later found out it is about to become a Four Seasons hotel, which definitely makes sense. All rooms face the Serengeti plains, and you feel you... More

I stayed in Bilila Lodge for one night and was glad I could leave. Its a beautiful hotel without a question but it is huge. I had to walk about 5 minutes to get to the main dining room and during breakfast it was like a safari park itself. It was so busy and with a group of 7 we... More

Placed in a very beautiful location, Bilila Lodge is a real crown jewel of the Serengeti National Park. Everything is shiny and new, almost screams luxury and top quality. The value for money ratio is indeed a very good one. The staff is very hospitable and they will arrange almost anything for you as long as they are informed in... More

My husband and I stayed at this Lodge for 2 nights Sep. 2011. We loved the Serengeti, but having stayed in various tented camps/lodges in Kenya wouldn't go back to Bilila Lodge although you can not fault the location...very beautiful!!. The room was faultless, really nice room, well thought out to cater for your every need....but just completely out of place... More

I loved a couple of the tented camps where we stayed and liked all the rest where we stayed but Bilila made a nice change of pace during our two-week safari. It was wonderful to be able to have a good soak in a deep and spacious bathtub. Framed in the bathroom window over the bathtub, elephants frequently strolled by... More

You are completely surprised when you drive up to this luxurious hotel in the heart of the Serengeti National Park. The lodge has 62 rooms, 12 suites, and 4 villas which all have direct views of the Serengeti. Newly built in 2009 and now managed by the Four Seasons, it is a piece of heaven in a magical area.
