Really - What a disappointment ! At first we were impressed by the hotel and the parking but this soon turned into one of the worst hotels imaginable. We were hungry and asked if we could have lunch. Although we were the only guests at lunch our food only arrived after we threatened to leave and the Manager shouted at... More

The hotel is located about 20 kms from the airport in Jangwani beach area. It has good views of the ocean but hotels across the road are right at the beach! Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. If you want a quite and peaceful time, this hotel is ideal. Many other options also available near by. Hotel's wifi is... More

This hotel is cheaper than the others in this area. However, there are some reasons: Choice at breakfast is limited, quality of the food just regular. The restaurant has a wide "a la carte" menu, but 75% is not available, wa had to eat what they had. Very limited choice in fact. For instance, no sea food. It's a pitty... More

Staying at Seascape Hotel north of Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania was a pleasant enough experience. The facilities are clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Meals were average--typical for this kind of establishment which seeks to cater to foreign tourists. It is located across the road from what appear to be nice beaches, so access to the water is... I stayed in the Seascape for five nights recently. While the hotel is clean and staffed with helpful friendly people there are a number of service weaknesses. In the first place, breakfast is limited..especially for those that like fruit.. However, and perhaps more importantly for some, this hotel should advertise that it is an alcohol free hotel. So, if you... More

Rooms were very comfortable but the hotel lacks character and charm. It's a block behind the sea-fronting hotels so lacks any decent views. Food is mediocre. It is also very far from downtown Dar es Salaam and the airport so it will cost you time and money if you intend getting around.

Being a local Tanzanian I was accustomed to staying at different resorts for my short getaway trips. Having my children and grandchildren visit from abroad prompted me to try out Seascape Hotel - one of the best experiences i've had at a resort! We were taken care of by their friendly staff from the get go. The service was on... More

I travel a lot, and was fortunate to be able to take my family to Tanzania this past June. I must admit, my family was a bit worried about traveling to a country which may not have amenities which they are used to. Our stay at Seascape Hotel was amazing and far exceeded our expectations! In fact, this hotel is... More
