I was a conference attendee at this hotel last month and was quite impressed with the overall value and service provided by the staff of this hotel. Our lunch break included a full buffet lunch which was setup like a reception at wedding. Food in variety and tasty. Rooms are spacious with luxury amenities including slippers. This hotel provided value... More

The worst experience ever.Beautiful Hotel but extremely bad service. There was an issue regarding availability of water and as we were checking out no courtesy or apologies were extended the best the manager could say is its your wish to leave, really am with family and they expect us to stay in a room with no water...any other reputable hotel would have... You think you've found a good deal with this hotel. If all you're looking for is a place to rest your head, then maybe you have, but you better have your own internet access and speak Swahili. The reception staff have little customer service expertise and speak little English. I had to call the desk twice to get a clothes... More

The hotel looks impressive at first. We had the suite with all amenities including a kitchenette. Unfortunately the service was a bit poor. The breakfast was terrible, the waiters would open bread from a plastic bag and into the basket. Had to knock on the kitchen door to ask for eggs. Fortunately we didn't have any meals at the hotel... Really - What a disappointment ! At first we were impressed by the hotel and the parking but this soon turned into one of the worst hotels imaginable. We were hungry and asked if we could have lunch. Although we were the only guests at lunch our food only arrived after we threatened to leave and the Manager shouted at... More

The hotel is located about 20 kms from the airport in Jangwani beach area. It has good views of the ocean but hotels across the road are right at the beach! Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. If you want a quite and peaceful time, this hotel is ideal. Many other options also available near by. Hotel's wifi is... More

This hotel is cheaper than the others in this area. However, there are some reasons: Choice at breakfast is limited, quality of the food just regular. The restaurant has a wide "a la carte" menu, but 75% is not available, wa had to eat what they had. Very limited choice in fact. For instance, no sea food. It's a pitty... More

Staying at Seascape Hotel north of Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania was a pleasant enough experience. The facilities are clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Meals were average--typical for this kind of establishment which seeks to cater to foreign tourists. It is located across the road from what appear to be nice beaches, so access to the water is...
