Had a great time staying at this hotel. Breakfast is great, you must try the fish for dinner. The staff are helpful but have a challenge speaking English. While there, my friend's room had a water leakage that made the corridors wet but took a while for the staff to notice and to do something about it. Otherwise, it is... More

Stayed there because it was conveniently located for business. Clean place with spacious rooms. Staff however unresponsive to complaints about the room. Air-conditioning leaked into the bed, shower in the alternative room drained into the bedroom, shower of the next room just flooded the bathroom. Stuff like this happens in Africa but the main issue was that nothing was fixed... More

It is an ok place with great potential, room service is a bit frustrating the orders take forever. You may need to go early if you want more variety for breakfast, they did not replenish as fast. Generally comfortable.

The hotel offers Internet connection that is about one of the best I have witnessed anywhere in Africa. They vary the breakfast buffet every morning. Installations at not be 100% perfect, but the personnel and services make up for any lack. I will say great value for money
