Big rooms with basic bathrooms-- complete with hot water, screens, mosquito nets, some rooms with refrigerators. Most rooms are bungalows within the complex grounds. Decent location, although road to the property is not paved and can be hard to access on rainy days. Rooms were clean but somewhat worn. Breakfast was excellent and staff helpful.

The staff were so nice and helpful. Rooms small but fair enough. Food requires stepping up a bit. Being outside the crowded city center of Dar and close to the beaches north of Dar is just the perfect place for a budget trip. easy to access Mlimani City and Dar city center.
