I have now stayed at safari inn three times. No complaints about the "scary location" location- mostly safe, and well we're not in America. Close to many internet cafes and fun places to eat. The management have fangs and no concept of customer service, you can't even get a recite written up when you pay because they lock it away... more
15 USD per night for single. Good breakfast. Not so good internet cafe. 500 Tsh for 30 min. more
dirty hotel down a terrifying street with fights and crying children outside all night, no windows just bars. "restaurant" took literally hours to serve bad food. however it does have an internet cafe. more
1.The street is not under our control, but we do have a uniform guard stationed 24hrs. 2.We will ask our neighbour to keep the volume down 3.We DONOT have a restaurant since 2007. 4.Windows have glass louvers. We are looking into all the complaints n rectifying,Thanxs
PLUS: -rather cheap - helpful staff - internet cafe in the house MINUS: - dirty, old, shabby bathrooms. Really disgusting - no restaurant - in a dark side street - no generator (CONSTANT brownouts!) - no aircon. vents were really sucky - ugly house, ugly rooms more

You stayed in nov 2008,but posted a review in march 2009? 5 months later??? 2.bathrooms have been cleaned. 3.its a BB facility,definitely no restaurant. 4Tz has power rationing, we switch on the generator at 6pm everyday 5.u have a choice between AC or Fan room, you must have chosen Fan rooms. 6.suggest how we can make our rooms look...
