Would not stay here again. Rooms very dated and dingy and smelly. Female Reception staff were extremely unhelpful, rude and very sullen, Male hotel staff much better. Only saving grace with this place was the pool and grounds.

Website boasts amenities that the hotel does not provide. No room service, the restaurant is barely open to eat in the hotel, there is no service provided to get to the airport. The hotel is dingy and the reception staff are uninterested and not helpful.

We went in Marocco from Tarifa. We choose a 1 day trip with Transafric...don't such a mistake. Everything was a lie with that agency. But let's talk about the hotel. I think it is like it was in 1986... Old furniture, old bathroom, not very clean. For example i made my shower in socks because i was scared when i... More

Do not be fooled like myself with the photos of the hotel, it's definately not as it seems. Firstly the reception staff were uninterested and dismissive. The room was at the front of the hotel and was extremely noisy. In the evening a guard and a dog patrolled the street that was noisy until around 5am. The room was dated... More

Stayed here for one night and overall it was not a bad hotel. Even though they had made an attempt to make it look truly Moroccon, everything was crooked and that made us laugh. A little on the dark side, but still a nice place to stay.

Very nice personell, good breakfast with a wide range of options and the swimming pool is a welcome addition. The dinner was the only minor thing, fries and fish were a bit greasy. Clean rooms and a nice view on the pool.

It was a good hotel. The staff were mainly helpful and friendly. Particularly one of the waiters in the restaurant. The only problem we had was trying to get taxis. They don't offer a service, just a case of sending someone in the street to flag one down. This was a bit hit or miss depending on who was on... More

On entering this reception you'll feel like you are entering a hotel in the 70's. It has a very nice feel to it. Decor in rooms is very dated, but adequate non the less, the best thing about this hotel was the comfortable mattress. I slept so well here. My only concern was that you could not double lock the... We arrived with a group and the reception was smooth and efficient. The rooms are slightly dated but clean and sufficient space. The bathroom was fine. The breakfast was good. The school and the schoolyard across the street provide a nice picture of modern youth in this city. For travelers in transit, this is a fine hotel
