Very welcoming and friendly people! We travelled with our teenage sons and found this hotel perfect, small, good rooms, unique and well located the amazing old town. A good breakfast on the amazing and lovely roof terrace was a good start to the day. Also fantastic for a drink at night enjoying the view.

We booked the first 3 nights of our Morocco trip in Dar Nour after reading all the good reviews on Tripadvisor, unfortunately our stay did not reflect the good reviews we read. The location is great placing you in the heart of the Kasbah and a short walk to the madness of the Medina. The decor of the riad is... More

Stayed here for 2 nights last week (mid July) with my husband & 2 teenage sons. Fanstastic little hotel/guest house, right in the centre of the Kasbah. Rooms are decorated in traditional way, we had lovely 2nd floor room with beautiful view from window and great balcony. The sound of tangiers is wonderful experience, like no other. We all enjoyed... Dar Nour was the perfect place to open our Morocco honeymoon. The room was airy and cool with a beautiful view. The breakfast buffet was absolutely INCREDIBLE with an equally impressive overlook of the medina and city. The hotel is not easy to find alone the first time but most locals will be able to guide you in (or you... More

We were struggling to find a good meal in tangier, and ended up going to Salon Bleu after reading some positive tripadvisor comments. They were not serving food, however called their friend from Dar Nour who came and collected us and took us there. The waiter was super friendly and very attentive, and the food was perfect. The view of... More

Dar Nour has been up and running for a number of years and the experience shows. I distinctly got the impression that the owners love Tangier and their primary objective was to ensure the guests enjoy their stay rather than to make lots and lots of money. The communal areas of the property are great. There is a large multi... More

If you arrive late at night ask to have someone meet you, so that you don't wonder the small twisty maze of streets that make up the Kasbah! No two rooms are the same - each has its own personality - and all are reached by winding stairways that ramify through the many floors of Dar Nour. There are hidden... More

It is deep in the Tangier casbah, so you cannot find this place without a neighborhood guide. The rooms are in a charming Moorish style, the views from the roof terrace are splendid, and the food is superb.

The Dar Nour hotel, combing the Morrocan and the French style, offered us a great time in Tanger. With a super charming decoration, full of photos, art and books, the hotel is really beatifull! Adding the great terrace with the Medina view, an amazing breakfast with local ingredients and a friendly staff, we trully recommend your stay here

The five of us decided to add a few days in Morocco to our Spain and Lisbon trip. We contacted Aziz and he took care of everything - from directions to booking the hydrofoil from Tarifa to our rooms at his villa to 2 days of private touring. He was in constant touch with us by email and phone as... More
