Wow. This was the worst travel experience my husband and I have ever had. It started with a tour of Tetouan and Tangier through Flandria Tours (which was organized by an almost-as-awful hotel in Algeciras). So for starters...avoid Flandria Tours like the plague. Then, maybe just avoid Tangier all together. The hotel itself was fine in the lobby (only place... More

The hotel is in a very convenient location overall. The street below is incredibly noisy and those windows are not able to seal and dampen the noise. Beds are unconfortable especially cots for kids. The couch was broken and breakfast table clothes were dirty. The swimming pool is small and dirty absolutely not as advertised. Be careful with the Consierge:... More

The good: Great hotel at walking distance from the Medina. Lots of places to eat and shop around. The bedroom was super comfortable, flat screen TV, a/c, tables, closet, bathroom amenities. Tha staff was great. The hotel itself is very pretty. The terrace where the pool is located has a beautiful view, nice spa but unused, dirty looking little pool.... More

I stayed here with my family and found the reception staff to be very rude The place is located in central but it's dirty and very noisy They allow street women to come in with their clients That says it all!!!!!

i was there for my sons birthday , it appears great after reading up on some of the suspicious reviews possibly put on by friends. The sheets were dirty and had blood stains , it appeared that they were not changed after a quick use of the room for a couple of hours. The staff are very very rude and... More

The staff are polite, the rooms are clean and nice (Tv, air conditionner, clean towels...) There is nothing special about the restaurant but the swimming pool is really nice. I was a little bit disappointed but this whole experience so I can't recommand this hotel to anyone who expects something more than a bed and a quick breakfast.

I had booked 3 nights at the hotel for a double room in mid-November. We arrived at 7.30 in the morning and there were three of us. They offered us a suite for a very reasonable increase in price and they showed to the suite straight away though it was so early in the morning. The shower wasnt working well... More

I stayed here as part of a group tour and we were told that it was a 4 star. However I'd say that by European standards that it's a 3 star. We only stayed for 1 night and arrived late so I couldn't say what the location was like. The room was dated and very cramped and yet the bathroom... More

Hotel is in a great location for getting around Tangier. The hotel was part of a booked holiday so I do not know the price. Room was clean and a good size. Very noisy location - but that is the trade off to being so close to everything. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

I was there for 9 days and I found it very noisy this time around! Beds were very hard and not all rooms are renovated thus you get the feeling tof an antique hotel. Not good at all!t is cleaand td the very nice, other than that just average!
