Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in April 2014. Lovely hotel in a good location. Staff spoke no English except the receptionist. Not happy with breakfast menu which was same everyday. Our taxi driver Allal was excellent. Best part, spoke English and very reasonable, helpful and knowledgable. He took us to some great places outside Tangier which is worth... More

Hotel Cesar is a good clean place to stay for 3 days only, not anything more, like we did. The downside is that they don't know English. Luckily I was running on my basic Arabic knowledge. We were given the same breakfast everyday, there was not much variety of food. And at the end of your stay you have to... More

I went on a group trip to Morocco from Spain and we were told that we were gonna stay at a fancy four star hotel so my expectations were a bit high. However, I can't say I was incredibly disappointed, because we were only staying the nights there, but I can't say it was a wonderful experience either. The room... More

This hotel is run by self loathing racists. They refused entry of a guest and his wife who happened to wear a veil. If you don't want your staff to wear a veil that is one thing, but prohibiting the guests of friends from meeting people at the reception is completely unacceptable. It is bad enough that they provide horrible... More

The best thing about this hotel is the indoor pool. If you travel with children in tangier, this is your best bet. the pool was extremely clean and the levels of chlorine were just right. there was music playing and the lifeguard was present at all times. my kids loved it. we had it to our selves because we visited... Location over the road from beach and about 30-40 pleasant minutes walk to town centre. Chose hotel because it has indoor pool. Pool is small, but clean ,warm and open until 10pm . Pool, gym and spa are open to public at a price, but pool was free for guest. Sea (and dual carriageway) view room with balcony was rather... More

I would not advise to stay at this hotel Reception staff uncooperative and very rude in dealing with customers Cleanliness of the rooms is very bad Translation You can not sleep from the hassle of adjoining rooms because the rooms are not sound proof and nuisance car all day

I have been to this hotel 3 or 4 times.. It's a new Hotel and that's good. My first and second time there were great. The placement is very nice and it has a great sea view. Rooms are big and it's the biggest advantage of this Hotel, and if I come back to it, it's the main reason, well,... More

OK Tangier was packed out for the Jazz festival and the only place I could find was Cesar. It's on the corniche with a view over it and the beach towards the old port. The 7th (top) floor has a panoramic bar and downstairs there are things like pool and fitness gym. They are anathema to me so I have... More
