I only stayed here for one night and for that purpose it was just fine. Nothing fancy but ok. The beds were comfortable, rooms pretty clean; it did smell of cigarettes inside the room. Wi-fi worked fine, breakfast was basic but ok, dinner not so tasty (the food could use some spices). Location is nice, close to the main avenue... More

lets start by nice stuff good location friendly faces free wifi. But you have to choose high floors for good rooms, and you have to adjust your self with dirty tables in the breakfast or dinner room the buffet is very poor. And there is no good isolation between the room .Renovate please

I don't have the right words to describe this hotel because nothing was perfect . I wanted to use shower but shower door fell down and rest you can guess yourself. It was really poor. Breakfast was very disappointing

I stayed in the Helnan Chellah on a business trip. First, being a single traveller, I was put up in a tiny backroom, which was terrible in terms of overall conditions. The place was dark, there was nowhere to sit and a much lower quality bed than the bigger rooms (I did go see the other rooms after a first... More

This is not a hotel. It's a trap in Rabat. Terrible rooms; the food was disgusting ( bread of 2 days before served in the breakfast). Breakfast ??? does not exist. Diner starts at 8:00 PM and there's no food on 8:15 PM. Service is horrible. No paper in the toilet. I needed to step into the front-desk to get... More

The front was kind, but rooms need repairs. Door knob broken, flush button also, curtain tore etc. Breakfast and dinner was good. We spend just one night. The location was OK, nothing to do near, but safe.

Probably the best part of this hotel is its location. It is in the city centre. The popular tourist destinations like Medina are nearby but not too near so you are not disturbed by the large number of visitors. There are several eateries from simple outlets to expensive restaurants so you have lots of choice. Of course this is Morrocco... More

Pros: Quiet neighborhood. Room had comfortable double beds. Cons: We were awaken by muezzin in the middle of the night. TV, hardly working Wi-Fi, has connection but could not get any mail unless stood in a specific corner of the reception. Bathroom: ok. Had Shampoo and conditioner. Dinning: You have to buy mineral water. 1 1/2 liter costs about 25... More

But nothing has changed since then. This is what new, modern hotels looked like in the 80's when I started traveling and staying in hotels. The decor, the layout, the furnishings, the TV set (my parents had the same Panasonic TV in their bedroom in the early 80's...) even the menu at the restaurant and the laminated information sheet in...
