I only spend one night and that's all you can take from this hotel and service. Staff not that friendly didn't set you at the table or remove your plate. The breakfast buffet not that good but don't was an ok buffet with s variety of meat rice pasta and salads.

Not worth the money really. Toilet doesn't flush properly, very poor wifi connection, very rude customer service... bath doesn't drain and restaurant staff is pretty bad. With the benefit of hindsight, i would have happily spent more money to stay at a decent hotel - or could have spent less to stay in a hotel that is just as good.... More

Just arrived at this hotel, looks clean and impressive the moment you get in. Got to the elevator but only one works. Instruction to get to the room was poor. Looks like they're short in help or manpower. I'll see until tomorrow though.

I stayed at this hotel for business. I would not recommend it. The wifi doesnt work, the hotel's entire system was down which meant room keys dont work and get deactivated every day. The rooms had no AC or fans that worked. Bathrooms missed towels and bathmats. My room didnt have sheets. Customer service is awful.

Friendly and helpfull staff. Breakfast was confusing. One day fresh Orange Juice, the next day from a can, no spoons for yoghurt and the coffee is awefull. Room was spacious and clean. Location is great.

The hotel is quite old but its location nevertheless convenient, you have the modern tramway very closeby, so that reaching other parts of the city is very simple in this easy-going city. Near the Kasbah, this hotel is fine but nothing more. There is little to fault but there is also nothing worthy of praise. The location is good and I expect this place will soon get a much needed facelift. But in the meantime, it is an okay choice.

The hotel is very well situated in Rabat for any tourist visits, most a short walk away. Taxis at the hotel for farther way visits were excellent and not unreasonable. Stayed 3 nights on business. Hotel is clean and staff is excellent. Location just next to Medina - what is good. The things I am not satisfied were food and room cards -key.
