Well situated for souk/medina etc but my major grip here is that the food was a total rip off. The Iftar buffet works out at AED 120/GBP 20 and for that you have pay extra for water and other drinks. The food was already half gone by 7:30pm also cuttlery, glasses, tables well almost everything was filthy. I dread to... more

The hotel is obviously used alot by the locals for booking business events, like conferences and meetings. The hotel is acting a bit arrogant in my view, like they are expecting to be liked without questioning. The front desk staff are not helpful and rather short in manners. The doorkeepers are on the run to grab a visitors bag and... more

This was my first stay at this hotel due to the old Rabat Hilton being out of commission while it's gets turned into a Sofitel. Generally I was very happy with my stay here , my room was clean , spacious and comfortable. The service in the bars , resturant , room service and front desk was very good by... more

Stayed at the Golden Tulip Farah as part of an organized tour, we all thought that the rooms were clean and nice. Adequate food in the restaurant. Well located. more

I’m not a picky guest, but this property is without doubt the worst I have ever stayed at in the Middle East. Rooms are filthy and run-down, service is sub-par, and prices are exaggerated. During a two night stay, I had to change rooms three times. The first room was just plain filthy with cigarette holes in the towels and... more

I have stayed there for three nights. The hotel is good, but you cannot rate it as a 5 star one. It has average rooms, but some have good views and others on the back street. The food was not that good, so you might want to get the meals outside. The breakfast was ok, nothing that fancy. It has... more

This was a nightmare experience from beginning to end. The 2nd floor room was shabby and dirty. A lampshade was removed one day and returned the next day. The minibar was empty. The curtain came down and wasn't fixed. There was a layer of dust on the shelves. The use of wireless internet was ridiculously overpriced. Buffet at the restaurant... more

Our group traveled from Cassablanca to Rabat, stopping at this hotel to eat in their well prepared dining area. The tables and eating area were set up very nice for our arrival. Having never eaten food of their country, it was very good and tastey. Staff were nice and answered any questioned asked with pleasantness. Bathrooms were clean and grounds... more

Even if it is close to the city center, Mohamed V Museum and Hassan tower, this is not a 5 stars hotel as stated. I would rated as a 3 stars. The quality of its service isn't good and the level of confort is not as high as they say. The staff is isunpleasant and the quality of the meal... more

We stayed her for 2 nights on a business trip. I would say it was more like a 4 star not 5 as advertised. We were impressed by the service and the staff were very helpful, the hotel is quite stylish and clean. The room was clean and tidy. But the carpet was a bit grubby (Nothing major though). The... more
