Bad service, bad rooms, and bad cleaning compared to its ranking, the receptionist was a gentlman and same for concierge but when u need something from room service like cup of thé for exemple nobody answer and u ask for it from the reception directly but when the thé came its soo cold that u wont even drink it

All reviews sums it up very well so I won't add much on the subject but it is NOT a 5 star hotel. Breakfast isn't really good appart from the crepes that are made in front of you. Don't try the scramble eggs go for fried if you really want some. The swimming pool is cold and very dirty. And... More

Ok, the hotel is not a 5 start hotel. The rooms with the red and black give an quite depressed impression. A carpet is in my view never clean, however even worse if it only has only colour(red). They have an irish bar in the hotel were they play live music. The music is so loud that you here it... More

The room was dirty, no mini bar, air conditioning very noisy without any effect, didn't want to risk with pool - it looked suspicious considering the cleanliness in general... The service is not so bad but the staff is not so familiar with english language. Ohhh I forgot to mention plastic flowers - in each part of the hotel!!!!

I am not sure how these ratings are done, but this hotel would never get 5 stars to advertise from me. The rooms are rather small, very dark, very noisy (everything from the main lobby is heard!), and cleanliness is not at its best. The service we experienced at diner was a clear demonstration of disorganization. Plenty of people around,... More

The hotel staff was great. The dining was excellent, and the accommodation was like no other. Stay in the suite if you can. The nightlife in and around the hotel is safe and the Moroccan people are quite friendly.

The room was dirty the safe did not work or the air conditioning the mini bar was empty. The pool very murky did not risk getting in. Dinner awful cold meat, over cooked fish and a slab of ice cream awful pudding. We were sick the next day. Croissants stale next morning, not good. Plastic flowers and a worn out... More

Small hotel but nice to look at. Wifi is not free! They charge you 40Dirhams for one access pass that lasts 24hrs. I don't know if that was because I stayed one night or because they sell them in 24hr increments. You can only use it in one devise at a time and if you're idle for 10mins it will... More

I stayed in room 109, and the bathroom for a 5-star hotel is in an unbelievable state: chuncks out of the bath tub, the shower tab did not function properly. The knob to drain the water in the bath tub did not work, the broom brush fell apart. Mold in many corners. The bath door was only half painted (barely... More

Our first accommodation experience in Morocco so we weren't sure what to expect. The hotel itself was nice enough, our room appeared to be pretty clean and we found the staff to be friendly (however we were travelling with a tour group so did not require too much assistance or advice and the check-in and check-out procedures were taken care...
