We stayed here one night only. Three stars hotel is in city center. Located in Medina of Rabat close to Grand Mosque, Hassan Tower and Royal Palace. In hotel is free internet, restaurant, bar etc. Breakfast buffet is servedeach morning between 7 AM and 10 AM.

The better hotels were full, which is how I found myself here. This isn't in any way a 5-star hotel. From the outside it looks fine, but inside everything is dated. The rooms are comfortable enough but much in need of refurbishment. The electronic lock on my door was a problem and in the end they just gave me a... More

This hotel is just horrible. I stayed one night, just one night thanks got. It is Very dirty. In my whole Life I have Never experienced such an hotel. I will add some pics because words are not enough. Here is the list of things that did not work: - my Aircon had problem and the room was too hot.... More

I stayed ten day in Hotel Rabat. This hotel served my needs and, considering that hotels in Rabat are generally poor, was adequate. Its five-star rating cannot be based on an international standard. The room is comfortable and clean, but the cleaning is inconsistent, the total button doesn't work properly (gets stuck so toilet doesn't stop flushing), had only two... More

I've never been to a worse 5-star hotel. Breakfast was a joke (tiny selection of terrible fare), WiFi pretty much non-existent, failed to clean the room properly (took towels and didn't replace EVERY DAY) and staff couldn't care less. Awful.

The Hotel Rabat was a very nice hotel with great amenities. Clean, easy to find, luxurious, with a nice bar and restaurant. A great business-oriented hotel. However, the were a few things that compromised my experience I feel obligated to mention. First, it's in kind of a weird, depressed area. There's a dead shopping mall right next door, and there... Might have been once but certainly not a five star hotel now, perhaps nearer two or three would be more accurate. The place is not clean, rooms are musty, curtains don't open, carpets are stained, the toilet didn't work - nor did the safe which wasn't even fixed to anything! Bar staff are ok but at reception nobody cares a... More

The service is not existing, staff unfriendly, unhelpful. Breakfast a joke for a 5* Hotel, plastic chairs, tables randomly placed and no place settings. Aweful place! Room stuffy. Do not eat dinner in hotel. Its near nothing. You can do so much better elsewhere!

I stayed here while on a business trip and it was the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in! A/C didn't work, front door lock was broken, refrigerator was broken, the room was dirty, the fixtures rusted, the service (or lack thereof) was even worse, no clock or coffee in the room, the TV didn't work, and one night they... We stayed in this hotel for one night as part of a tour in Morocco. The bed sheets were made but were not changed. When I sat on one of the two very ordinary chairs in the room I nearly fell on the floor, the chair was broken. The room was on the second floor and the windows were about... More
