I liked this hotel, and was surprised that my guidebook did not list it as an option. It appeared to me to be the best of several options around Mohammed V avenue just north of the Parliament (though I only actually inspected one other hotel's room). Room was clean and plenty of hot water on the forth floor. Get an... More

Hotel Berlin is a decent hotel localized in the center of Rabat, it's close to everything, what's a very good thing. The rooms are clean and have a bathroom. However I thing that the prices are a little bit too high, even after haggling it. The breakfast wasn't very good. And the staff speak only french. It's good to stay... More

You stay here at you own peril. The room smells the bed sheets/blanket smell. Totally unhygienic. Hot water not working. Aircon not working. This place is a disgrace. Only reason we stayed here was because it was so late when we arrived to rabat and couldn't be bothered to keep searching. On the plus is that things can only get... More

It was awful. The staff were really weird and they were not be pleasant with the customers. We had been in riads in Tanger, Fes and Marrakech and they were so much better and cheaper. It is too expensive if you compare with the riads and the country in general. We could not take a shower because the shower was... More

The staff was smiling and nice until they got our money (they forced us to pay in advance - 230 dh for a single and 340 dh for a double). When it turned out that there were a lot of problems in the room (clogged shower and sink, no hot water, broken furniture, no blankets....), they turned cold and indifferent.... More

Great location and not a bad value considering breakfast was included. The rooms are worn and tired, furniture is broken but there is daily maid service and the bedding was clean. We were 2 in a room but only given 1 towel, when asking for a second we were told they would be dry soon but an hour later still... More

We booked into a budget hotel on Mohammed V, called Hotel Berlin. An excellent value for money albeit leaving a lot to be desired. Its location is worth every penny. It is only yards away from Bab el Had. In the evening we went out, roamed the street and the souq and enjoyed the bustling of the Rabat Saturday evening... More
