Amazing and beautiful boutique hotel with perfect location, just at the entrance of the medina. Great interior design, very clean and with high speed wifi. All you could ever ask for in a city hotel... It should get a 5+ review. Except that both the manager and his assistent constantly harassed my Moroccan girlfriend when I wasn't there. Have never... This place was really beautiful. Felt like a perfect mix of old style and new style. Our bed was the most comfortable bed we stayed in our entire trip. We sat out on the roof terrace with some beers and just watched the city, it was great. Our host was a delight. So helpful. Location was good..near the water but... More

This was our first experience staying at a Riad in Morocco and L'Alcazar sets the bar high. Corinne and the staff were exceptionally attentive and although we landed quite late in the day and said we were vegetarian, Corinne and her staff came up with a simple but delicous meal for us. She was so concerned about our comfort and... More

This was our first Riad hotel after arriving in Morocco. We have been at many other places of comparable quality after this during our tour, but none could beat the stunning decor and architecture. A great way to start our trip. Warm welcome by lovely hostess and servants. Dinner (prepared elsewhere as we were informed) was OK, but relatively pricey.... More

Corinne and her staff were excellent. They arranged driver, food, easy sights, helpful advice and handled a lost luggage issue with dogged perseverance. We also had a private meal-lovely, affordable and in its beautifully decorated riad. It has a wonderful setting which mixes contemporary design with the traditional architecture of the riad. it was a gracious introduction into the country.... More

This was a nice find. My old complaint is that it cost as much as other places we stayed (Palais Faraj in Fes, L'heure Bleue in Essaouira, Riad Nashira in Marakesh) but was not in their category. Perhaps Rabat is simply much more expensive than other cities in Morocco, although Marakesh is also expensive. Or perhaps Rabat was where we... More

This is what i call a diamond in the rough. After an exhausting/stressful day of air travel and cancellations, we arrived in Rabat and were delighted to be in checking into this Riad. The staff were great- well trained, and very accommodating. As soon as we arrived, the day's stresses disappeared. Check-in was a breeze. The Riad was stunning, very... More

For first timers in Morocco, a stay in L'Alcazar is a big help in completing the Moroccan experience. There isn't anything much to do in Rabat at night so choosing a Riad that is comfortable, well designed and decorated, overflowing with ambiance and staffed with friendly, helpful, service oriented people is key. L'Alcazar does exactly that for you. They have... More

This riad is beautifully put together. The interiors are great and the ambiance is very relaxing and intimate. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Corrine, the manager, was very accommodating to all our needs and was keen on giving tips about the city. The rooms are very spacious and tastefully decorated. It's close to the kasbah and the biggest... More

We have recently spent 3 nights at Riad Alcazar as part of our holidays in the north of Morocco and it was by far the best accommodation we had on this tour. From the first evening there we realized that the owners have not spared any effort in making this a jewel among the guest houses in Rabat. Private parking... More
