Great Riad with Friendly and helpful staff. Located in old town about 15-20 minutes walk away from the main square and its hubbub, the Riad was a calm refuge. Had a lovely cookery lesson in the kitchen, staff also pointed us to a great hamam. Excellent roof terrace and OJ at breakfast. Definitely recommend accepting the offer of the Riad... More

Lovely Riad, excellent friendly service. Room is small but cosy. Breakfast is delightful, especially the fresh orange juice! Not a luxury place by any means, but very comfortable. Can be a bit noisy in the morning if you like to sleep in, but this is the issue with all Riads.

We got great advice and help about getting around and the trips we chose were well organised and Abdul is a great tour guide.... More

We come to Morocco every year and this is our seventh stay at this riad, all I can say is its perfect with happy smiling staff Youssef, Said, Saadia and Sanaa with at least one member of staff on duty 24/7. Close enough to the square but not close enough to be too noisy, rooms all en-suite [with hair dryer]... More

We stayed at Riad Shaden for 4 peaceful nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our suite was beautifully decorated, comfy and clean and the hospitality was amazing. Owners Shona and Ronnie and their staff Saadia, Sanaa, Youssef and Said created a home from home for us. After travelling and partying in Morocco for 5 days we ended up spending a whole... More

An oasis of calm amid the madness of Marrakech. The riad is great, rooms are clean with air conditioning, and bed comfortable. Food is lovely. Very reasonable price for accommodation, airport pickup, food and trips etc. You are made to feel extremely welcome by Youseff and Said, it is always service with a smile. I would like to thank them... More
