As a woman traveling alone, Riad Dar Tayib was a wonderful refuge from the sometimes intimidating bustle of the souqs. I loved Latifah's musical laugh, encouraging me to eat more of her delicious cooking. Vincent was helpful in every respect, accompanying me to buy a carpet and some pottery, relieving much of the stress from these transactions. I felt brave... More

Walking in off the hot, dusty streets of Marrakesh to the heart felt welcome and cool interior of Riad Dar Tayib left a lasting impression of paradise in my mind. Sitting in the court yard, sipping tea and eating a selection of complimentary Moroccan pastries made such a wonderful contrast to the bustling life of the city outside. It is... More

Living in Casablanca I have booked a room with some friends in this Riad and I must admit that it has been the best choice we could have done. Right in the middle of the Medina we were located in the center of Marrakesh. The price-quality ratio is perfect and the atmosphere is warm, typical and definitely familial! I do... More

This is a beautiful Riad with orange and banana trees and a fountain in the courtyard. Each bedroom is unique and we highly recommend Yasmina Suite for luxury. Latifa and Vincent, the owners of Dar Tayib, take great care of every need. Whether it's a day trip to the Atlas Mountains or transport to the airport, nothing is too much... More

Latifa and me would like to thank you again for visiting us for the second time. The Riad is so sad without you... We wait for you to come back and share again so beautifull moments. Lot of kisses. Latifa and Vincent. More

We had an excellent experience in Riad Dar Tayib, in the center of Marrakech but in a quite area. Latifa and Vincent are fantastic, warm and friendly and you feel like at home. The Riad is elegant and warm, and also dinner is excellent. We will certainly come back, and we recommend to everyone to stay in that Riad. Thank... More

Two of us stayed in the Aïcha room for two nights. We loved our stay. The room was lovely (tho lack of privacy for toilet could be an issue for some, but not for us). The hosts were great, very helpful and friendly. Sitting on the roof in the sun was very relaxing. We had dinner at the riad and... More

The hosts were very welcoming and showed us around the souk on the first day and collected us from the taxi when we arrived. They also upgraded or room to the best in the Riad free of charge as it was vacant when we came to stay. The dinner was also excellent and probably the best starter we had the... More

The hosts, Latifa and Vincent, were very welcoming, gracious and helpful. The riad itself was quite charming and our room was lovely. The breakfasts were good, with plenty of food. The rooftop terrace had a great view and was a wonderful place to relax after sight-seeing all day. I would stay here again and certainly recommend it.

Riad Dar Tayib is a wonderful place to unwind after a busy trek through the Medina. It's not far at all from tourist destinations and the local souqs and artisan markets. Vincent and Latifa were away but we were welcomed by Abdelhadi, who was eager to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We also had great conversations by moonlight on... More

We spent a wonderful 3 nights at the riad at the beginning of our time in Marrakesh. Vincent was very helpful in organising our transfer from the airport, meeting us from our taxi to guide us through the maze which is Marrakech and showing us the best route through the soukes to the main square. He also helped us to... More
