Clean Riad with very friendly staff and a great location just near the Jemaa el Fna. Beautiful roof top terrace but unfortunately we didnt have time to try the food. Clean and beautiful courtyard in the centre of the Riad. Endearing details like traditional doors, golden sinks and detailed tile work.

In the Medina the Riad is located just 20 meters from where the taxi stops. On a walking street very close to the Djema el Fna it is perfect. I had a somewhat claustrophobic room, but I had also the possibility of seeing the ground floor "suites", which bedded up for at least 4 persons, but had a sitting area... More

I stayed at this riad two nights ago (last night in Marokko). I had a few stings over night, but I assume that it was a part of the "flair". When I returned back to Germany, I realized that it was bed bugs!! They are now all over my body! Now I need to rub acid on my body for... More

We stayed at this Riad in October 2014 ar the end of an organised tour. It is on the main street (pedestrian zone) in the Medina, and you need to walk to it. The entrance could be easliy overlooked. We found the Riad to be perfectly adequate. The room had a bottle of water and fresh fruit supplied everyday. We... More

We didn't have reservation so on advice of taxi driver we booked room at Riad Omar. Inside hotel looked nice w fountain, trees etc. Although we had to walk up three flights of stairs to get to room once inside it looked decent for the price. After a full night at jamaa el fanaa we settled in for night. Around... More

Only had lunch here thankfully as was staying somewhere far, far better which was not more expensive. The only bad meal in 10 days and one of the most expensive. Service was appalling, food mediocre compared to what I'd eaten many times elsewhere, and not a food-loving Moroccan in sight - no wonder! Dirty toilets too. They also kept intentionally... More

My i-phone was stolen in my room while I was having dinner outside the hotel. The room was regularly closed, the key left at the reception. The i-phone was under charge, both cell and charger have been stolen. My main disappointment is addressed to the Hotel's Director, Mr. Aziz, whose opinion is that I should not leave the i-phone in... Based on the very edge of the walking street and souk, this hotel is very dark and breakfast is served on the roof top, which is 4 flights of dangerous stairs to climb. The staff are very friendly but do not bother clearing any tables so the whole eating experience is very messy. Get your breakfast early to make sure... More

The hotel is located just in the heart of the Marrakesh (2min walk to the main square). The rooms are not amazing, but good for Marrakesh standards. The nicest thing is the inner yard. You just enter the hotel from the crazy crazy street and can find your calmness spot. It feels very crazy, that outside is so busy and... More
