This Riad is a beautiful haven slightly removed from the heart of Marrakech. It is a great break from the madness of travelling and lugging suitcases around. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is better than average. The rooms are sizeable and there is a nice roof terrace. The only issue I had is that it is... More

Stayed here 3nights and was completely satisfied. Upon arrival we were greeted with refreshing, freshly squeezed Moroccan orange juice to drink during our payment transaction. Habib, the Riad manager, was extremely helpful in offering to arrange excursions, giving us maps of the city and would confirm breakfast times every morning in case we had excursions or wanted to sleep in,... This weekend i went on a 3 night trip with a good friend to Marrakech and stayed in the Medina at Riad Davia. Riad Davia is located on a small side street near Bab Aylen. It was a nice walk from the Square and Souks but not too far. This Riad has a very intimate setting, only housing about 5... More

Riad Davia is a small very nice and charming hotel. It feels "like home". We spend a very great week with our 2 children (5 and 9). there's a small pool, the breakfasts were big and different every morning ! The manager is very fridenly and polite. He arranges for us some visits (essaouira and the ourika valley). The room... More

I stayed at Riad Davia with my wife in the beginning of the year. I would recommend it anytime, it's good value for the price, the host is super friendly and helpful with everything. Locationwise it's not ideal, it's about a 15-20min walk to the main square. There could have a been a bit more variation in the breakfast offered... More

Riad Davia is a nice, quiet spot within the crowded and chaotic medina of Marrakech. The riad's manager is polite and friendly. He is very helpful and organized several things for us, that do not belong to the 'regular hotel services' (e.g. free cups of tea, bottles of water for our journey, the delivery - in downtown Marrakech - of... Just returned from eight days in Marrakech where my boyfriend and I stayed in Riad Davia. Location-wise, it is a 10-15 min walk from the main square which means you are deep in the local area and you don't notice the other tourists until you are about 5 minutes away from the square. This was really great for us as... More

Riad Davia was adorable, and like nothing I had seen before. Staying in the sooks in Marrakech is not luxurious, but it is incredibly exciting and culturally fascinating. Life is nothing like home, surprises await around every corner. Marrakech is stunning, although boisterous and maze-like. Riad Davia is the perfect peaceful place to return to after your wild adventures through... More

We had a lovely time staying at Riad Davia a couple of weeks ago. The Riad's courtyard, terrace and rooms were traditionally designed with a pristine finish. We enjoyed the private roof terrace for breakfast and sunbathing and we had fresh mint tea in the lovely courtyard in the evening with the Riad manager, an absolutely charming and knowledgeable chap.... the large patio is the center of the Riad and will prompt you to refresh in the small pool, drink a glass of tea by the centenary mulburry tree or take a nap in the large Indian beds. In its extension, guests will discover the winter living room and its amazing chimney painted in a dark brown tadellakt or traditional Morrocan plaster.
