After the sensual swirl of Jemaa el Fna and the souks, Riad Khabia is an island of serenity only 10 minutes' walk away. The French proprietors, who speak excellent English, will arrange transport from the airport, make reservations, advise on site-seeing and restaurants, provide a home away from home in an elegant maghrebi setting.

After walking for an hour under the hot April sun of Marrakech, entering Riad Khabia seemed a little bit like a dream! Somehow the temperature inside the Riad dropped like 20 degrees, and the owner, Dany, received us warmly with cold bottled water, followed by perfectly brewed Moroccan mint tea. We stayed in the Berber room, which like everywhere else... More

We spent 10 days traveling round Morocco and ended our trip with 3 nights at Riad Khabia. We thought all the other places we stayed were really nice but this was definitely the best! The perfect end to our holiday! This is a lovely relaxing retreat, especially when you have dealt with the somewhat hectic pace of Marrakech. Dany and... More

Dani and Julien were great hosts and very welcoming and accommodating and made us feel very at home. They were very helpful with recommendations of sites to visit, places to eat, and even rang to... We stayed at the Riad Khabia over New Year 2008. This was our first visit to Marrakech and the Riad Khabia was a great place to start! After some initial kerfuffles (we misplaced some luggage, got confused about transfer from hotel etc etc) we arrived safely at the Riad and Dany made us feel welcome. I can still say that... More

I discovered this magical gem of a place the best way - by word of mouth. A very good friend of mine spent several enchanted days renewing her romanting relationship with her boyfriend. Although I went there alone, I too experienced its romantic attraction to the fullest. My good experience started with a personal pick up at the Marrakech airport... More

This is such a nice hotel we felt more and more inclined to stay and enjoy it rather than venture out exploring the city. Central, very comfortable, and with endless different spaces to enjoy.
