The owner Julian is so helpful. the rooms and the whole riad are just gorgeous. the swimming pool is the perfect way to relax after a busy day in the souks and the whole place is so quiet and peacefull you cant help but be relaxed in a crazy city like marrakesh. The rooms were huge and luxurious - i... more

A friend recommended Riyad Khabia to me and I must say that I was not the least bit disappointed! The Riad is very comfy, quiet and neat place that I always loved to come back to after a hectic and stressful day in the souks of Marrakesh. The Riyad is located south of the famous square, roughly a five minute... more

I stayed at the Riad Khabia in March 2009 with my wife as we escaped Philadelphia for a long weekend. The Riad is just gorgeous, absolutely perfect as a relaxing quiet sanctuary away from mayhem of Marrakech's markets and souks. It's also in a good location just near the palace walls near a square full of lantern sellers. Dany and... more

I've stayed several times at Marrakech - Riad Khabia is always my first choice. The Riad is well located, not far from Jamaa el Fna square - and a quiet refuge in the buzzing medina. Rooms are beautifully furnished and designed, the breakfast good and Dany and Julien, the French owners, incredibly friendly and helpful. Go there! more

Having just returned from a 4 night trip to Marrakesh, I can only sing the praises of the Riad Khabia, and the owner and staff. Danny and Julien were beyond hospitable. They were very professional and at the same time very personable and a pleasure to be around. This Riad has a great location in the Medina, directly across from... more

As a young woman travelling alone, i handpicked my accommodation when planning my trip very carefully and was not at all disappointed with my choice. As the previous reviewer stated i also relied heavily on other comments on this site and everything that you will read about the hospitality of Dani and Julian, the beautiful furnishings, cleanliness etc are no... more

Having spent 4 days in Marrakesh in February I find it surprising that none of the recent reviews from guests mention the inconvenience of crossing the Somme to get to the Riad, especially as we were informed that we were the first guests since the new year . Marrakesh is alive to the sound of pneumatic road hammers from 7.00... more

This is as perfect a place as I could have hoped for. Located right smack in the medina (old walled city), yet in a quiet part right across from the royal palace. Within a 10 minutes stroll to the Djemaa el Fna (the big square in the heart of town), this riad is run by a highly professional and competent... more

My husband and I have just returned from four fabulous days at Riad Khabia in Marrekech. This was our first time in this wild and fascinating city and certainly will not be our last. The Riad is located in the Old "Medina" & within walking distance to all of the most amazing sites of the old city. Walking into the... more

Its always those little special touchs that make the stay at any hotel or guesthouse a memorable one and Riad Khabia was no exception. Of course it goes without saying that Dany and Julian make a perfect mother and son team, in that nothing is too much trouble. Julian pointing us always in the right direction, be it for the... more
