This is the only place to stay in Marrakech, at first you may be wondering where you are going, as it is situated in a maze of streets and alleys however when you walk in you will not be disappointed. The welcome from the young man (we didn't get his name) who made his mint tea at 1am with homemade... More

We stayed with a large group, hired the entire riad, for a wedding which was also held at the riad. It was the most beautiful space, the staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful. Mohammed (the owner) was very gracious, made everyone feel at home and nothing was too much trouble. None of our group had any issues navigating away... More

Couldn't have asked for a better riad for our first trip to Marrakech. The staff were fantastic, truly going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Mint tea by the pool was the perfect way to relax after hot and busy mornings exploring the souks and the city. In our experience of various Moroccan hotels the traditional... More

The Riad is tucked away along some quiet streets in the northern part of the Medina, just a few minutes walk from the taxi's or the start of the walk (20 mins) through the souks to Jemaa el fna. The raid was beautiful and cool and an extremely relaxing place to come back to after the bustle of the city.... More

Let me start by saying that my party and I traveling to Morroco have been all over the world, including other islamic counries, and we could speak Arabic, but did not let anyone at the hotel or street know that fact. EVERYONE in Morroco says nice things in English but what they say in Arabic is the opposite. Now in... More

We stayed in Riad Al Jazira 3 nights and it was outatanding experience. Riad is located in northern part of medina and 10 minutes walk will get you to main square. It is located in peacefull part which is very very welcoming after being in busy and noisy Marrakech medina. Pool and seating/eating area is just a heaven on earth,... More

If you have never been in Morocco you've to realise that the situation of the hotel is inside the Medina...that means, you have to cross a part of it to arrive to the entrance of the hotel. First time is not easy to find but before and you have to pay attention and remember the path for enter and exit... More

My husband and I stayed at the riad for four days and three nights during our brief visit to Marrakech. We opted for the second most expensive room that housed a king sized bed, sitting area and sofa (that can be used for sleeping as well) on the first floor, and bathroom and closets several steps down. As you can... More

At first it was a bit worrying heading up small lanes going deeper into the unknown but once done it was fine. Like many riads within the walls you have to leave the car, brave the bikers and walk. This riad is well located as it's nice and quite. No traffic noise and the nearest mosque is not so close.... More

My partner and I are stayed in this riad for two nights before we started our trip to the Atlas Mountains. It was warm, clean and comfortable. The staff were always helpful and were always willing to change and move things around for us. The food was traditionally Moroccan which was great, a lovely tagine and a fresh breakfast made... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
15 spotless, blisteringly white guestrooms are hidden behind heavy wooden doors and layers of linen drapes. Airy central covered courtyards have comfy seating areas: red rugs on golden brick floors, leafy palms over wooden chaises and – spectacularly – a colonnaded swimming pool in a setting reminiscent of great Carthage. Colourful accents are provided by red or purple cushions and kilims, and artfully arranged rose petals. We like this riad. ... more   less
