I have just returned from a 4 night stay with my girlfriend. We are both early 20s and like t think we have done a fair bit of travelling. Before leaving we read some of the reviews on here about the hotel and worried ourselves as there are some horror stories but having just spent nearly a week there I... More

Lovely setting and friendly staff. Mustafa speaks good English so was most helpful. Lovely room (8) air con included and ensuite. Pool was brilliant. Taxci to town110-150 dirham (£10 ish). 25 min walk to end of the roasdand get a bus for 4 dirham each way. Food was good but limited selection. We had a 4 day break and thoroughly... More

We booked a 5 night stay through the Internet. Due to Ryanair delaying our flight by 5 hours we arrived at Las Palmeras at 4:30am!!!We had to wake the staff and were shown to our room. We woke with a start and it was gone 10 but breakfast was served no problem to us(I thought we had missed it! )We... More

Just recently returned from a 3 nights stay at Las Palmeras. Firstly it is outside the city and it cost 100dh each way from the hotel to town. Not many taxi drivers know where the hotel is located.the room we were in , room 9, the air condition does not work, the main ceiling light does not come on, the... More

We have just returned from a 4night stay at Las Palmeras and have very mixed feelings about it. When we arrived, our booking was not in their books (we don't know if this was the B&B or agency we booked through). However, Mustafa accepted our email print out and put us into a room and said he'll sort it in... More

Stayed here for four nights in mid-March. The location is a little out of the city which takes about 30 minutes taxi ride from the airport and 20 minutes from the city. I suggest you book transfers before going (I managed to find transfers for £10 return per person) to save the hassle of trying to get a taxi who... More

Las Palmeras is a very attractive, secluded and peaceful place. The staff - all of them - are just great; helpful, friendly, unobtrusive and always ready to help. The pool is large and very clean (although extremely cold in mid-February, which is fair enough). The tennis court is well swept and well kept ( rackets and balls provided f.o.c.). The... More

My wife and I booked through Wowcher so didn't have a choice of places to stay which was convenient because we could not have chosen somewhere more perfect. 20 minutes from the Old town and 35 from the airport. The staff at Las Palmeras could not have been more friendly and welcoming. It was peaceful and beautiful. One suggestion worth... More

Have just returned from a four night stay at las palmeras and only have positive things to say about the hotel and staff. Only stayed bed and breakfast and paid for a few additional lunches but the food was good. Staff were great and very friendly. Even got offered the room next door for free as there had been a... Martines(manager)place is a peaceful resort, 15-20min out of the medina by car. We bought a trip for 12 days and used it as a base for the stay, a decition I didn't regret as beeing a first time visitor to Marrakech with both children and scandinavian origin(we're not used to a lot of noise/people/traffic). This allowed us to wear of... More
