Stayed in room 1. Loads of space for 2 adults 3 kids under 5. Food amazing, staff interacted with the children (as well as us adults). Location quiet and relaxing , pool was always clean as were gardens and rooms. Beautiful building and surrounding grounds. Will definitely return and are looking at next year already whilst still here!!!!!!

Lovely place to come and relax also chill out. Staff are great. Gardens are well kept. Food is amazing and very tasty. Weather has been great. A big thank you to Hudda and Isham and all the other staff.

Las Palmeras is more of a guest house rather than a hotel. We was provided with a shuttle from the airport straight to the hotel. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and are all traditionally decorated. The Guest house itself is beautiful but the downside is its location as most taxi drivers are unaware... More

Hotel review My first impressions of the hotel were good. The building is very impressive and the decor is typical Moroccan. The grounds, garden and the pool area are very beautiful. There is a very pretty water fountain in the front drive. Our room was a standard room for two people. It was nicely decorated, still with the Moroccan feel.... More

Rooms were all very clean, the chap running the place, Mustafa, was very helpful. He was kind enough to organise taxi's at anytime, aswell as serve Breakfast slightly later than he should of. The hotel is quite out of the way... it would take around 15 minutes to get to the markets etc. The hotel itself was very traditional with... More

I read ,with shame, how people expect the ritz for little money. I experienced people acting like a pack of hungry hounds to pick fault with las palmeras. my friend and I enjoyed the "fawlty towers" element. we were embarrassed by the heavy drinking of the complainers... the loud shouting late at night.. but these people were intent on complaining... All of them are ok but its not enough to run all the complex!!!! At the begining that we came we were realy disipoynted.... No hot water in the shower......dirty sheets....the towels werent fresh..maybe 3... More

This guesthouse is based about 10-15kms outside Marrakech so don't expect lavish opulence and choices galore in your food or drink options. The food was always tasty but basic, you weren't given any real choice of menu. The guesthouse can't be described as a hotel as there is basically only one guy (mustapha) who does basically everything except clean the... More

This is a guest house and not a hotel. The staff were very friendly especially Ibrahim and Mustapha. This was our first time travelling to morocco, Ibrahim arranged for the guest house taxi to drop us off and pick us up at the agreed time for no extra cost. We were advised on where to go and what to see.... More

This was the worse place I have stayed..Qwerty travel advertised this as 5 star...they never listened to my complaint even though I had photographic evidence if broken shower. ..unfinished decorating. filth under the bed. Qwerty advertised the hotel as having a shuttle bus into town...no such thing..hotel would phone for taxis twenty pounds into town absolute nightmare. I complained to... More
