We spent a whole week, in fact our honeymoon, in Riad Akka. Make sure to have someone leading you there for the first time, it's not too easy to find (like most of the Riads in Morocco, by the way...) Once arrived you get very helpfull and simplified maps to find your way back. The Riad Akka is a very... More

I spent 5 days in september in Riad Akka and I had such an incredible time ! The streets and soundings of the Riad are very safe and they are just like a dream of Morocco - beautiful small streets. I slept like a babe, because here, you'll find silence, which is quite rare in this town. The rooms are... More

Would like to take this opportunity to say what brilliant little place this is, you will not get better staff anywhere they are brilliant, was meet from our cab, upgrade, helpful tips as to where to go, and how to get there. Spotless clean, will accommodate in any way they can. This is from two fussy, well travelled biddies far... More

After a 2.5 hour flight delay and one hour from disembarking to the other side of passport control ..... Swiftly recovered by a pleasant cab journey into the Medina... - you could easily miss the Riad Akka which is nestled behind an insignificant doorway, tucked just yards away from urine fragranced overflowing food waste palabins in this 'well appointed' street... Sorry for your delay when traveling by 2:50 but charter is often the case The medina is a historic town dating from the 11th century World Heritage of Unesco, it has its advantages and disadvantages You have seen on our site that our Riad was contemporary style, may be too modern for your taste, but certainly not a "Slums" fortunately... My wife and I have just returned from a 3-night stay at the beautiful Riad Akka. The Riad is very well located in the Southern Medina with a 10-minute walk through the narrow streets to the famous Jemma-el-Fna square. The staff at the Riad couldn't have been more helpful - they arranged the transfer to and from the airport, gave... More

I had an opportunity to stay at the warm and beautiful Riad Akka during the New Year 2013-2014 for a week. I must say that it was the best part of my trip to Morocco. The room that I had booked was Amizmiz , a small but tastefully decorated room with a shower. Neat sheets that are changed everyday, pleasing... More

Just returned from Riad Akka, what a wonderful haven in the middle of such chaos of Marrakech! The staff can not do enough to make sure you have a comfortable stay at their Riad. It is truley home from home. The breakfast is a littlle Moroccan feast all prepared freshly. The freshly squeezed orange is to die for and fantactic coffee... More

The Riad was perfectly located within 10 minutes walk to the market. The staff was super friendly and a great atmosphere. If you are looking for a home-like place to stay then this place is the perfect spot. The smell was amazing and the room was beautifully decorated. Home-made breakfast which included Moroccan bread, pancake, jam, honey, fresh fruit, yogurt... More

Spent a few nights in the riad, with exceptional service from staff who were friendly and very thoughtful. Was able to explore Marrakesh and enjoy the sights with the help of staff. The riad itself is amazing. The plunge pool is nice and relaxing, internet works quite well, and the amenities are luxurious.

We recently spent 3 nights in one of the largest rooms. This pretty little Riad situated down a maze of streets in the Medina has only 5 rooms. It is stylish and a lovely place to relax after the madness of the souks. On arrival we were given a welcome drink whilst Redwon explained where everything was, breakfast timings etc... More
