We spent three days/nights in this hospitable riad and would have liked to stay longer (1001 nights for a start ;-)). The riad is very close to the Djemaa el Fna and all the suqs, and yet remains an oasis for a quick and spontaneous retreats from Marrakech's bustling life. Many thanks to Maria and her husband for the unforgetable... more

Riad Saba is the kind of place that reminds you why you travel. It is a little gem in a wonderfully vibrant city. The Riad has been lovingly built and decorated by Maria and Jabrane and the result is a wonderful place that feels like a home. Each room has been individually decorated to reflect rich Moroccan styles. We loved... more

We were delighted with our stay at Riad Saba. The staff, the owners, the room, the food, the service, the location - it was all perfect. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace, and was always excellent and generous - in fact, the best breakfasts we had while in Morocco. An assortment of fresh Moroccan and European breads, homemade lemon... more

This was the second time we visited Riad Saba and to our joy we were met with the same warmth and hospitality as we remebered from our last stay. This time we traveled with our 2 and half year old daughter and it all worked out perfectly. Our daughter loved to play at the terrace. The staff is really outstanding... more

I agree with the previous reviews. This is a lovely Riad and Maria and Jabrane and their two staff are all extremely attentive and helpful without being intrusive. We had an excellent dinner on our first night and wished we had eaten there on our other two evenings. I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation. more

My first stay in Marrakesh was brief and busy but very enjoyable. This was thanks in no small part to the charms of this beautifully restored riad and to Maria and Jabrane's gracious hospitality - they have a way of making their guests feel like honoured friends. I also found the staff to be unfailingly attentive. Our room was charming... more

We stayed at Riad Saba over the May long weekend just passed with a large group of 9 people. Firstly our flight was delayed for 3 hours and we arrived at around 2 am. The hotel still ensured that staff were there to greet us in a warm and welcoming manner. The Riad itself was lovely and the attention to... more

My friend and I stayed at Riad Saba and couldn't have been more impressed. Marrakech is hard work and quite daunting for young female travelers but Maria and Jabrane along with their staff made us feel welcome and helped us with recommending some fantastic tours, bartering on the price (saving us the hassle) and offering advice on the tours and... more

I stayed at Riad Saba during my recent trip to Marrakech. It was such a fabulous place, and I cannot stop ravving about it to all my friends and colleagues. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. The riad is absolutely gorgeous, it's in a great location and the hosts are extremely helpful and very very friendly. If I... more

We had a lovely time staying in Riad Saba, and loved the comfortable rooms and terrace - perfect for a rest in the afternoons. The owners were friendly and helped us with things to do in Marrakech, and also arranged a lovely day walking in the Atlas mountains with our own guide. The location of the Riad was perfect, right... more
