We had a fantastic stay at Riad Saba. We booked the whole riad as a group and had a great 4 days in the riad and Marrakech. The riad itself has been beautifully restored, is comfortable, quiet and a very relaxing place to be. It has a good central location and the main square, Djemaa el Fna, is a simple... more

From the moment we arrived in Marrakesh, Riad Saba gave us warm welcome and memorable experience. Tucked away on a quiet street just 5 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Djemaa el Fna, Riad Saba is truly a hidden gem. The riad itself is charming and comfortable, and the owners did everything possible to make us feel at... more

In november we spent a week of honeymoon in Marrakesh and we have only good things to say about this beautiful riad with very serviceminded personel. The riad is very good located, in a quite calm part of the medina, and only 5 minutes walk from the main square, Djemma el Fna. Though we arrived more than 1 hour late... more

Spent 4 nights in this beautiful relaxing place, a very tastefully restored riad. The place is a peaceful oasis in the middle of the bustling Medina. The location is perfect, the surroundings are genuine, still only a short walk from the big square and the other sights. Delicious breakfast on the roof terrace and very friendly and serviceminded staff. The... more

What a lovely place Riad Saba is! we were there for a few days in November and we were made so welcome by Maria and Jabrane, I didn't want to leave. I've read some reviews with negative comments about the hosts' attitude and breakfast, which is the complete opposite to our experience. each day we took breakfast on the roof... more

Have arrived to Riad with a group of friends, were welcomed by Maria. Felt very welcomed and it was a good start of the holiday. Riad was cosy, beautiful, candles everywhere, amazing. On the arrival Maria has offered us a transfer to the airport, and we all agreed to take this offer. Maria asked us to pay all bills upfront,... more

Unfortunately there is a huge misunderstanding around your transfer (and your whole stay) On you roombill I had proposed a taxi to the airport (as I always do, in order to avoid last minute bookings of transfer) Since I did not know wether all 6 of you'd be going with the same flight or not, I had put the transfer...

This Riad has clearly been a labour of love for the hosts, who proudly show photos of their journey to rebuild this home in the living room. What a shame, then, that so many months of work can come undone so easily in just a few days, simply by taking their eye off the ball. The welcome at the Riad... more

We are sorry that your stay in Marrakech went bad but we do not want to take the blame for it. We have a policy that the room should be paid on arrival and that food and taxi cannot be paid on credit card. All our guests are informed of this with an email at the point of reservation, so...

Arrived and hassled immediatedly by host who seemed pissed to pay up front, the hosts left the same night for Paris and on are last night we asked has the transfer taxi been booked and was told no. This was a problem because on taken our payments this was clearly wriiten on the reciept as transfers paid. As a group... more

Riad Saba is a guesthouse which means that we open our home for strangers to stay by us. We can understand your anger and frustration because the kind of services you were looking for in Marrakech: not only do we NOT provide it, but we strongly oppose to it. As for the misunderstanding around payments and taxi I have duly...

My wife and I spent a wonderful long week-end in Marrakech. Riad Saba is a very nice place, clean, and quiet. 5mn to Jeema El Fna, walking. Maria and Jabrane are very sympathic people. They gave us plenty of good advices for visits, restaurants, and shopping. Breakfast until 11.30 am. High rating on TripAdvisor is fully deserved. Don't hesitate. Isabelle... more
