The rooms are very small but clean. The toillets and bathrooms was very dirty. They never has toilett paiper. The hot water is a problem. The noise at night is terrible. Avoid the older at the reception is very rude and inpolite, specialy with the womans. I had a very bad exerience in this hotel, like never in my life.

Spent two nights here a few weeks ago. We arrived well after midnight because we took a late train from Rabat but they greeted us well. The terrace was great and the common areas are pleasant. My only grievance is that the windows in the rooms aren't really windows and open directly to the center of the Riad which makes... More

Me and my daughter had spend just two nights at this place cause of good reviews on the lonely planet. But we have made another experience: the best was the breakfast on the rooftop terrace with great views and tasty food. The room was at the bottom, no windows, like cell. And very noisy, only long after midnight it becames... More

We had real trouble convincing our travel agent to book this hotel! We ended up in two different hotels before getting here because they could not believe we actually ment this tiny hotel! But it has been worth all the hassle, we are being treated like long lost family. This is not a five star hotel, it's more of a... More

Arrived here late at night without a booking. There was a warm welcome, if a bit confused. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Wifi worked in reception. There seemed to be confusion and misunderstanding with guests checking out who had booked on line through one of the booking agencies (I don't think they have their own website). There seemed to... The first thing noticed was how clean the place was then the great customer service and helpfulness from staff which is rare to come by in Marrakech in my experience! Great layout of hotel and friendly calm atmosphere in seating area. Excellent location and such close proximity to Jema el fna, but still feel like you are away from the... More

We were drawn to Hotel Atlas by its proximity to Jemaa al Fna - literally a 30 second walk from the front door. Considering what we paid, the room was excellent; basic, but pleasant, clean and comfy. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, advising us on bus routes to other towns, trips to the Atlas Mountains and putting us... More

The review it's for the hotel, not what I would have wanted from it. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are clean too (but after the cleaning lady leaves that it's for debate because of the customers who don't take to much care), but the walls are a little rough arround the edges. You should not forget to bring some... More

Booked online through a booking agency, was worried about being able to find the hotel, but had no problem at all, just follow the instructions on the hotel's website, don't use Google maps, or follow the Rue Zitoum Lakdim. The reception staff and cleaners couldn't have been more helpful. The whole hotel was clean, and although we only stayed for... More

Booked this hotel online so I had a place to stay on arrival. Rooms were good. Cleaning staff were polite and worked hard to keep the hotel clean. Reception staff were helpful and friendly and genuinely cared that I enjoyed my stay and booked me a taxi when I moved on. Great location on the square. I'd definitely stay here... More
