On arrival down an alleyway you would be forgiven for thinking you'd taken a wrong turn and better turn around but once you step through the doors, it's a hidden oasis in this crazy city! The location is actually brilliant, being right in the old town and a five minute walk from the medina (though again, note the alleyway which... More

How could you not fall in love with such a beautiful, well run, centrally located Riad Jona. My family of four stayed here in July of 2014 and we still talk about in loving terms. The service was first class- even during Ramadan. The rooms were cool and clean. Make sure to have a special dinner prepared.

Stayed at Riad Jona for a fantastic 3 nights in May. It is tucked away in the labyrinth of the Medina but once we found our bearings discovered it was within easy reach of the square and souks. The riad was basic in some respects but absolutely charming and the attention of the staff, who worked tirelessly to please, was... More

Went to Marrakech for my first time in April, stayed at Riad Jona, and I fell in love with it straight away! Constant service with a smile, rooms just so cute and very traditional with rose petals spread each time they cleaned, which was lovely. Room was very clean and cool, as was very hot outside. About a 2 min... More

We stayed at Riad Jona for 4 nights while in Marrakech. What a wonderful place. All staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs, always interested in how our days unfolded. Food was terrific, especially fresh yogurt and pancakes at breakfast. Good location, lovely rooms and very welcoming reception area. Pool area clean and relaxing. Overall ambience was superb.... My girlfriend and I discovered Riad Jona on a stroll around Marrakech, and after being shown around decided we had to stay here. The rooms are gorgeous, the two connected locations intimate, and the public spaces are beautifully decorated and maintained. Once you have found the accommodation, its ideal central location five minutes from the main square means you won't... More

The hotel was beautiful and I was warmly treated by every single member of the staff from the second I stepped in. Food was great as well, and our favourite dinner was on the rooftop terrace. The location was a short and convenient walk from the main square Jemaa El Fna. All in all, a really wonderful place to stay... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Riad Jona. The owner was very welcoming and invited us to share some tea and biscuits upon arrival. We had a delicious 3 course meal on the first night cooked by the wonderful Fatima. It was a meal fit for kings - I had the chicken, olive and lemon tagine and my husband had... More

First time in Marrakesh, and will not be the last. The Riad seems unfindable when you first arrive (guided by the staff from where you are dropped by taxi) but in fact is just a few minutes away from Jemaa El Fna so very well positioned. We had a really good meal in the hotel on the first night, and... More

We stayed for 4 nights. All members of staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We arrived early and were greeted with mint tea, followed by a tour of the riad, which has a nice traditional feel to it. It is in a great location, just a short walk from the main square (Jemaa el-Fnaa) and El Badi Palace (you... More
