Serene most aptly describes the peace and beauty of this place. The riad is absolutely exquisite in understated elegance. The bedrooms are so comfortable and the baths are so seductive that we tracked down the company supplying those luxurious, fluffy towels and robes and had a dozen sent home. Mina's cooking is a gourmet's treat and her brother,Abdel,is a "clef... more

We just returned after a few days visit to Marrakech, a place that one either loves or hates. A city of many contrasts. Riad Hayati being one. I find it difficult to understand how this riad that obviously prides itself on being a first class establishment does not act like one. Let me start at the beginning when I wrote... more

We all had a lovely time at Riad Hayati, the place is absolutely gorgeous and refurbished to perfection. Abdel and Mina looked after us extremely well and we wanted for nothing, the food and the wine were excellent it is a shame we were not there a little longer to sample more meals. An experience not to be missed. more

We were so thrilled with our stay at this stunning residence. The website only hints at its beauty. It really exceeded all our expectations. The place is a vision of elegant simplicity with a charming, warm ambiance. Class with no pretention. The service was brilliant . Absolutely amazing how Abdel and Mina seem to anticipate one's every need. Hospitality seems to... more

We found Hayati to be a wonderful cool and peaceful haven from which to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the souks of Marrakech. The riad is very tastefully furnished with wonderful Berber carpets and antiques from all over the Middle East. The bedrooms were quiet and comfortable and provided us with all we needed for our stay. The staff... more

This riad more than met all our expectations. From our late arrival at Marrakech airport, we were met by Abdel and driven to the Riad. We were shown to our room where chilled water and fresh fruit were waiting for us. A complimentary meal was then served to us in a private dining area off the central courtyard. Our room... more

We didn't know what to expect as this was our first trip to an Arabic country. The approach to the riad was unexpected at first as we came straight from London and the roads were small and building tightly packed together. We son realised this is the Moroccan way of things. Then we entered the riad and our breath was... more

I am very dissapointed with my stay here. Has been number 1, but why, I do not know payment is demanded before you even arrive. A highly rated riad should take charge cards, but not this riad, cash is king. Rooms were pooky and service not excellent, but ok.. A massive dissappointment. Expectations were not met. With so many great... more

We spent the first three nights of our honeymoon at Riad Hayati and what a treat it was. It exceed our expectations and is even nice that it looks on the web site. We arrived late (typical of Royal Air Maroc) but Abdel was there at the airport waiting for us as promised and took as safely back to the... more

We arrived quite late at night and were fairly stressed and exhausted from a flight delay. Then we were met at the airport by smiling Abdel and wisked off to the riad in 15 minutes. The madina looked so mysterious at that hour but when we walked through the door of the Hayati my partner and I did a collective... more
