positives: very quiet retreat in the Medina of Marrakesh; rooms are clean and comfortable, nicely decorated, beautiful roof terrace, very helpful staff, 10 -15 minutes walk to the main square, air condition and heater in all rooms. simple but good breakfast negatives: downstairs rooms are very dark and rather small, bathrooms in the downstairs rooms have an unpleasant odour, not... I can only recommend Riad Ksiba! Very friendly owner who is happy to give advise on anything related to your Marrakech or Marocco trip, very clean, sweet and comfortable rooms and a tasty, exotic small breakfast. You can also walk to downtown marrakech.

After experiencing the hussle and bussle of Marrakesh, we found Riad Ksiba to be a more than welcome retreat. The Riad has been beautifully restored and is well kept. We have never experienced such excellent hospitality: from arranging taxis, booking restaurants, planning day trips and even running out to the nearest shop to change money for us! In addition to... After being dumped by the taxi driver at the gate of the Medina, we eventually found the Riad with help from a couple of locals. Unfortunately it seemed closed, but after a short wait and a phone call, Ali came to let us in. It happened that the man (Hassan) who normally takes care of things had taken his wife... More

The rooms, ambience, service, everything was amazing. Although slightly away from the main square it is a pleasant walk or short journey. The service was very personal and attentive and the food excellent. I would not think twice about going back and have recommended to friends.

This place was an amazing find! Tucked away in the old quarter of the city, Raid Kasiba offer a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of the town. Great rooms, spick and span with king size beds, air con, huge bathrooms, loads of storage for belongings. All the rooms look on to the cool shaded courtyard. Great roof terrace... More

Situated in the Kasbah, the Riad Ksiba is a delightful escape from the madness of the main city. Once behind the imposing front door, you enter a little sanctuary. The Riad is very close to the Bab Ksiba, a main gate into the Kasbah and for those too lazy to walk 15 minutes into town, they can readily pick up... More

stayed with friends for 3 nights. upstairs rooms were fine, but downstairs rooms were not up to the mark. The bathrooms were stinking and the rooms were in a bad decorative condition. Not enough lighting, but the 2 staff we had were very pleasant and obliging.

It took some finding this little place, even our Marrakch taxi driver struggled for ages to track the place down calling the hotel staff to come and find us! Like many Riads its tucked away and looks very unassuming until you walk inside and remember why you book these places. Its a lovely refurbished property with courtyard five rooms, lounge... More

I only stayed at ksiba for 3 nights but thought it was a great, basic riad. Ali and the rest of the staff were excellent; the rooms simple but classic riad style; a medium walk to the main square but easy to find; a peaceful and understated place to stay
