We were immediately blown away by our beautiful surroundings and the warm welcome we received by Riad Samsara's charming owner Jacqueline. We were a party six, and had booked a private riad rental to celebrate my husband's birthday. As soon as we entered the riad, we were enchanted: the lovely old patio, with its charming tinkling fountain, stucco covered b'hous... More

My 2nd visit to this stunningly beautiful and charming riad was as wonderful as my first visit several years ago....the welcome I received was as warm and genuine as before, how fantastic to go back somewhere and find it as amazing, if not better than before. From the moment I stepped into this haven of tranquility from the bustling medina... More

As you step through the low iron clad door of the Riad, bowing your head, as if to cleanse it from the dirt and the noises of the street, you find yourself, at first, in the darkness of a tiny lobby, which, then, opens in to an open space of the inner courtyard, each side of the square space anchored... Wonderful place to stay, you are welcomed as a familiy memeber and looked after. Roof terrace is ideal to relax with a mint tea. Breakfast is absolutely delicious and it is worth staying in for dinner as welll if you stay few nights. Also have a look at their sister accomodation in the Atlas!

Excellent service with great warmth and tact from Millhouda. Food was very good. I loved the location as preferred to be in the less touristy areas amd was also a good location to explore the new town and the jardin majorelle. The house itself is a tranquil and beautiful work of art and care. We loved the courtyard and fountain.... More

it is run by the most friendly people. Khadija and Milouwa will ensure that your stay goes well. I stay here each time i go to Marrakech and its like being welcomed in by family. Beautifully restored by Jacqueline I can't recommend it enough.

We always stay chez Jacqueline at the Riad Samsara when visiting Marrakech, which we do regularly. Although the riad is in the north of the medina, its distance from the central square is actually a blessing: the Bab Tarzout area is a fascinating area in its own right, with its own authentic souq and some nice local restaurants, away from... Easy to recommend this place. Charming people, lovely food and delightful riad. The only drawback is that it doesn't have a pool – but there is a good public hammam down the road. In short, a treat. Highly recommended.

We stayed twice 3 nights at the Riad Samsara and in between we were in the Riad Samra up in the Haute Atlas. All in all we had a great time. Everything was well organized (pick-up, Transport in the Atlas). The Riad Samsara is really outstanding and the People working there are very friendly. Milouda is a great cook and... More

We stayed a few days at Riad Samasara. It's such a gorgeous place. We had the Jacaranda room. Beautifully decorated. Downstairs are the two saloons to find information and hang out. The court yard with the 4 orange trees and the spring, in the evening with candles. Upstairs the great terrace with views on Marrakech. You have sunny spots but... More
