It's certainly not easy to find but fortunately the lovely owner came to meet us. It's like walking in to a calm and beautiful oasis in the middle of a dusty and busy city. Good size rooms and great service. We really enjoyed our stay although we weren't crazy about dinner in the hotel.

This hotel is simply amazing. It is situated within the city of Marrakech and away from any businesses whatsoever. It is as if you live in this community. In fact, when your cab driver drops you off, someone from the hotel will have to come meet you at the curb to walk you through the city streets to your hotel.... More

Amazing riad. We loved staying here, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The riad was beautiful and so quiet even with its close proximity to the hustle and bustle of the city centre. The pool is perfect to cool off in, and theres meals and alcoholic drinks available all day. The breakfast was excellent, with cooked eggs, with a... More

Amazing Hotel, from the roof top terrace to the luxurious delux room with the swimming pool bath. Fabulosity from breakfast to dinner. The pool was physically cold but emotionally warm. The roof top terrace made reading in the sun a dream. With waiter/ress service especially in the evening second to none. For a quiet retreat or a place close to... More

Lovely green pool, perfect for hot weather. Several loungers with towels and sun hats provided, bar and restaurant with good selection although very slow service and rather grumpy waitress (over 15 mins for simple drinks orders). Barman really nice though. Good breakfast. Rooms clean with good beds and air conditioning. Location very good, less than ten minutes to main square.

Absolutely loved this Riad! Emanuel and the staff made me and my friend feel extremely welcome. The drinks at the bar, breakfast on the terrace and amazing modern Moroccan design made our stay that much more exciting. Highly recommended for anyone who visits Morocco!

Very nice riad in the medina, about 15 mins walk from the main square. We stayed here for 5 nights on a family break, we arranged for them to collect us from the airport although more expensive than a taxi it saved the hassle of being ripped of by the taxi drivers and meant we were shown to the door.... Arriving in Marakech after four hours in a car crossing the Atlas Mountains, we would have been happy with a soft place to lay our heads and not much else. We didn't have high hopes after being lead though a series of small alleys after being dropped off, but when the door opened into the Riad Chergui, it was as... More

If you're going to stay in Marrakech and want to soak up the real flavour, then you simply have to stay in a Riad. After checking the sites and pics. available you'll understand why the above has become such a cliche. It is true in the case of most of the Medena based Riads that they are indeed Different and... We spent 4 nights here and it was perfect for us - me, my mum and my sister. The riad was extremely comfortable and our room was lovely. We had dinner beside the fire two nights and it was delicious and the service very good. Breakfast was fantastic too. Great location near some terrific artisans in the medina. Planning a... More
