We stayed here as a family of 5 with very young kids, and had a great time. The riad is a small, family run operation in the small streets of downtown Marrakech. Finding it is hard without either a good map or a mapping app with GPS on your smartphone. The traditional building is beautiful with rooms clustered around two... More

So when we arrived it was pretty late. Got dropped off by taxi on a road and taken to riad by a random guy who knew where the riad was. During the walk a few other guys had decided to also show us. After reaching the riad we was demanded to give them 200 dirhams ! Shouting and abusing at... More

The property, though hard to locate (ask at the spice store) is well furnished and has an authentic feel. Breakfast on the roof garden is lovely, if a bit random, and alcoholic drinks can be purchased in the evenings (with some effort) and brought up here for a nice bit of star-gazing. The porter is helpful but speaking french is... More

Although this Riad is beautiful, the location and hospitality leave a lot to be desired. Absolutely no welcome or information about the facilities given. No English spoken by any of the staff. An extremely grumpy doorman who seems to have a problem with people coming back after 7pm. A little challenging to even get them to answer the doorbell, which... More

This is a well-located riad, just around 5 minutes away from the busy souks an the place Jemaa el fna. We visited Marrakech as a couple and it was truly a romantic, atmospheric place to stay at. I especially loved the delicious Moroccan breakfast at the sunny roof terrace with an amazing view of the medina and the snow-covered peaks... More

Many tourists to Marrakech are more than happy to spend a few days in the sun in a luxury purpose-built hotel either in the new town or on the outskirts of the medina. They can enjoy all the comforts these hotels offer, have English speaking staff, the security of a tour representative, and having ventured into Jemaa el Fna and... More

Merely two blocks away from the throbbing maze of the Medina, this is the perfect refuge from which to visit the city. Elegant and very authentic moroccan ambient, very polite staff, good food and its very own spa where you should really enjoy a soothing hammam. The manager is extremely friendly, helpful, engaging and fluent in many languages. We were... More

We had booked here for a week in early November as a group of two couples. This Riad is well hidden in the Medina and unless your taxi driver takes you to the front door you will struggle to find it. After ringing the bell the gates and door were opened and we were allowed in. No welcome greeting, not... More

What a fantastic property to stay in. Spent a long weekend with a group of friends to celebrate a big birthday and had a fantastic time. The rooms were traditional, beautifully furnished and very clean - just like the photos on the website. The location was excellent, in the heart of the Medina so easy to walk around or close... More

Stayed in the riad on a weekend break with a group of girlfriends. The location was good - right in the heart of the medina. The rooms were beautiful and traditional as well as being clean.(Would make a good romantic break). Breakfasts were varied and we had a delicious quality meal served on the rooftop terrace with wine. The staff... More
