Whe've stayed in he Riad Amira Victoria for 6 days. I only can say it's a very nice riad. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is gently and de manager is doing the best he can toch give you a nice time during you're staying. My advise; ask the manager for a mini cab to bring you to... More

With all the new development happening in Marrakesh, I was glad to be staying in an authentic part of town. The winding roads to the main square really enable you get a sense of the real Marrakesh, but admittedly aren't so nice when returning home at night (we were advised not to walk them after midnight...) The Riad itself is... More

We travelled as two husband and wife couples for a long weekend between Friday 16th and Monday 19th March 2012. We arrived at the Riad and were greeted by the porter Mustafa and were quickly given sweet biscuits and mint tea. For some unknown reason we were initially allocated a duplex family room and as much as we like our... More

We travelled to Marrakech 16th March 2012. I have written a longer review, however in as an introduction. The RIAD we found to be clean and tidy, the rooms were very clean, and linen crisp and fresh. Breakfast each morning was simple but adequate. Mustafa the night porter, waiter and whatever needed to be done guy always appeared to be... More

We found the Riad in a very unpleasant position, the staff were not friendly, the rooms were run down, the electrics in the room dangerous, the shower had paint peeling off the walls, the breakfast was basic, but what we had expected, the owner is a very nice, kind and helpful man if he thinks he can get you to... I had never heard about this riad but read a lot about it (and quite a lot of negative stories). I have been there from 24 of february till 1 march 2012. The riad is like 1001 nights and you feel the spirit! I had no problem with the taxi from the airport to the riad (they book it for... More

My daughter booked this Riad Victoria from France. The taxi from the airport was not able to take us directly to the door because of narrow streets however a couple of kids showed us the way. Inside the Riad is nice, clean. We had a breakfast of bread items each morning before venturing out. The manager gave us a map... More

We had ambivalent feelings about this Riad. The place itself is absolutely gorgeous and amazingly well maintained. The location is a bit hard to find like everything in the Medina, but after a few days you'll manage to find your way. What started to bother us after a while was the attitude of the staff. The manager was very sparesome... More

There were four of us traveling on the weekend between Arabic classes in Rabat. The staff were great. Because there were four ladies we had a great two level accommodation. The host was excellent and helped with all sorts of facilities such as a guide, who apparently wasn't ready for ladies-who-shop, the hammam next door, transportation back to the train... More

my friend booked this stay for us- and it was a lovely surprise. i do not speak french, which was somewhat challenging, so mono-english speakers be prepared. the riad manager booked a guide and an excursion for us, one of whom spoke english and one very little. the riad was gorgeous- although low lighting made it difficult to do much...
