This riad has probably the most unhelpful and unpleasant staff in all of Morocco. I'm not sure we saw a smile the entire time we were there, and there was certainly no hint of the standard warm hospitality travelers receive at most family-run riads. The location only made the experience worse - the riad is on the outskirts of the... more

Good location within the medina, to the north, very close to the Museum of Marrakech and the souk (market) areas. Not easy to get there, here you have the GPS coordinates: +31.633931, -7.985532. Nicely decorated and classical but fashionable arquitecture. The rooms are nice and spacious. Nonetheless our bathroom was quite small, poorly equiped and had no separation from the... more

This riad is a gem and closer to the souks than the map here suggests being ~200m from the northern entrance passing the Madersa Ben Youssef and Musee de Marrakech on the way. However you do need to carefully watch out for the land marks to be able to find your way back ... left out of the souk archway,... more

The service in this romantic Riad (which looked like something from a movie set) was fantastic. Breakfast is served between 7 and 10, but on our last morning the staff arranged a 6:30 breakfast for us due to an early flight. They were happy to serve us breakfast wherever we wanted (on the terrace, on the roof, in one of... more

A very nice hotel close to the busy souks in the middle of the narrow traditional Marrakech streets. Everything within walking distance. Let them pick you up form the airport! more

We stayed five nights in The Riad Amira Victoria. The Riad is a beautifully decorated house with a warm atmosphere. It is situated right in the middle of the Medina (The walled centre of the town) and a heaven of tranquility in sharp contrast with the outside world. The rooms were perfect and very clean. The personel very friendly and... more

We chose this riad after reading some reviews on this website. The riad itself is fine, beautiful decor, quiet, clean, and spacious. We had a ground floor room.Be aware that these rooms have mirror windows,so during the day is fine,no one can see in (the other guests were walking past our room to get to the stairs)but at night time, when you put the lights on,your room... more

This was a great place to stay for my first sampling of Morocco. The manager, El Hassan made the transition easy and accommodated every desire. Meals, excursions, directions, suggested sites to see were all expertly arranged through him. The riad facilities were also first rate and very authentic. You can easily imagine what life was like many years ago in... more

Wonderful Riad right in the heart of the Medina of Marrakech. Hassan, the manager, could not have been more helpful with tips on how to get around and where to visit whilst there. Our room was spacious and very clean and the staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed our breakfast on the rooftop terrace served to us by Mustafa,... more

This Riad is quite charming once inside - The greenery attracts many different birds and bees but it is just so hard to find. We could not find a map that named all the small back streets in the Medina (and this riad is defintly on a small back street where cars cant get to) and so we got lost... more
