Overall it was a very nice experience. We were met and served tea before being shown our room, which was very nice. The Riad feels very traditional, and is certainly a better option than staying in a hotel. It was lovely to have breakfast on the sunny rooftop terrace. They were able to organise a driver to and from the... More

In the middle of hectic Marrakech, Riad Tizwa is peaceful and quiet place. It's quite small, only five rooms. Our room was quite small. Breakfast at roof terrace good and tasty. Small problems with warm water and water pressure. Clementines for free. Clean and quite modest. Easy access to old town with souks.

We stayed at Riad Tizwa for a week. I found it in the lonely planet book. The location is ideal as it is in a quiet location with car access yet close to the pedestrian streets. The breakfast was excellent. The riad was very flexible and we were able to fit 4 people in our room. It was clean and... More

We were welcomed with mint tea, when we arrived late in the night. Had reserved a triple room (our adult daughter traveled with us), the room was narrow, corridor-like - too small for three person. Could not keep suitcase open in the floor, no place for that. But bathroom was huge, high and cold (14 degrees in the morning). We... More

Riad Tizwa is hidden down a little street - just off a busy road - not that you would know because as soon as you step through the ancient door, you are in absolute peace and tranquility. My husband and I were treated so well, Mohammed looked after everything - he is so calm it rubs off on you and... More

We spent three nights here and found Riad Tizwa a great place to relax from the "hustle and bustle" that is Marrakech. The owners will go out of there way to make you feel at home. And it's amazing how quiet the place is, while you're still very close to all the highlights that Marrakech has to offer. We had... More

We stayed as a group of 4 girls at the riad in Sept 2015 for a long weekend, and had the best time ever! The location of the riad is perfect, a few minutes walk to the souks which leads you to the main square in under 10 minutes. The rooms are clean and well-kept, with a lovely rooftop terrace... More

Where do I begin with Riad Tizwa? From the hospitality of the staff, to the delicious breakfasts and beautifully decorated bedrooms, I felt like a princess during my 4-day stay. I don't think my experience in Marrakech would have been the same without the guidance and helpful tips from the Tizwa staff and owner, Daniel Bee. My friend and I... More

My cousin and I stayed at Riad Tizwa for 3 nights in March, in the middle of a trip that included Sale/Rabat and Casablanca. We wanted to experience staying in a riad inside the medina. What a great riad we selected. We booked the rooftop suite and it felt like we had the entire rooftop all for us :) Hassan... More
