Every detail of our stay at Tizwa was perfect: the shopping bags you can take to medina, natural bath products, an amazing room (we got upgraded to the biggest room of the riad without even asking), the pre-breakfast coffee that awaits outside your door every morning. Unbelievable value for the price. Style-wise Tizwa strikes a beautiful balance between modern minimalism... more

All rooms are different, be sure to find the right one for you. Lovely thought out design. Modern with nods to Morocco. Laid back and relaxing. Great food and friendly staff. Lovely location. Highly recommend. more

Without a doubt the best hotel we stayed in throughout our 2 week stay in Morocco. From the moment we walked in and saw the fountain flowing we felt relaxed. The riad has been beautifully restored, with a fabulous roof terrace to enjoy your breakfast on and spacious and comfortable rooms. We stayed in 2 rooms throughout our stay and... more

Riad Tizwa was in a word perfect. We stayed there for four nights when we first arrived in Marrakech. An amazing location right in the midst of all the hustle bustle of Marrakech, but set back so once inside it's like being in a little peaceful oasis. The breakfast was amazing and the room was so comfortable with lots of... more

My husband and I went to Morrocco to get to experience the culture and the life. We had a great time in Marrakech, it is great place for turists in Morrocco. The Riad Tizwa is managed by two English brothers and their staff. In Riad Tizwa, we found a place where we could get some peace from the busy medina.... more

I had been in Riad Tizwa in Marrakesh and Fes one week ago and I it was perfect. From the large and beautiful rooms (In both we stayed at room number 1), the tasty breakfast to all the help the staff gave us I highly recommend it! more

My boyfriend and I flew into Agadir and worked our way north to Fes Via Marrakech…. Total trip of beach, beauty, shopping and culture. We did the trash beach/hotel thing in Agadir on the beach and then spoilt ourselves rotten at Riad Tizwa in Marrakech and Fes. The Marrakech hotel was the most laid back place we have been for... more

My husband and I stayed at Riad Tizwa in Marrakech the end of April/beginning of May 2009. It was our last stop after visiting Fes and Essouira, and was the perfect way to end our trip to Morocco. Friendly, helpful, English-speaking staff (Mohammed, Abdullah, and Sana are the BEST!) got us settled with mint tea in our fabulously appointed room.... more

There are lots of things going for this riad - perfect location in the Medina; 5 or 6 rooms only so you feel you are in your "own" riad; close to all the major attractions of Marrakech; within reach of a main street (so you don't need to lug your luggage too far down pedestrian-only areas); the riad has a... more
