The service was excellent but unfortunately the food wasn't. We enjoyed the food but at £100 we expected better. There was six courses, two were very good but the rest just ordinary. There was entertainment in the form of traditional Moroccan music and some dancing, we really enjoyed this. The restaurant is beautiful and it's a very romantic setting. We... More

We were recommended dinner at Lotus Privilege and were very disappointed with the food. It was very expensive at £90 and the food was bland, not traditional style Moroccan. The best bit was definitely the service. The men were doing a wonderful job at making us welcome. Maybe the usual chef had a night off because we were not pleased... More

We stayed at the Privilege recently on a mini break and privileged we certainly felt. It is an oasis of calm and opulence in the crazy medina. It was pure heaven to come back here each evening and have a cool drink in the courtyard. The staff were so helpful and interesting to talk with. The breakfasts under the orange... More

We went to Lotus Privilege for dinner after it was recommended to us.It was totally over priced, we had better food on the street or in the Markets. The lighting is so bad that you can't see what you are eating and the chairs are very uncomfortable. Avoid unless you wish to be ripped off.

Just had dinner at Lotus Privledge and unfortunately the nice music and great belly dancer did not compensate for the sub par food. The dessert was the best part of the meal and finding it is a whole other problem.

Got totally ripped off at this place on New Years Eve . Arrived 8.40 but no food served until 10 pm( it was a set menu so its not as if we were taking time to choose). Music unbearably loud , no conversation possible. Most people sitting near to us had left by 11.30 in disgust. We stayed as it... More

As I work in the travel industry my brother set me the task of finding him somewhere special in Marrakech for his honeymoon at the beginning of September 2012 for 7 nights. I did my research and found the Riad Lotus Privilege and decided to upgrade them to a Suite as a surprise as these looked beautiful. Since their return... More
