We were made so welcome by Jean Michel & Frederic, they have created a superb hotel, their staff are friendly and helpful, even if you see them out in the town. The food was very good, breakfast was taken where you liked and always had a different twist. I have already given the details of Riad Safa to three people... more

A friend of mine recommended this Riad and I also read lots of positive reviews on TripAdvisor. It certainly didn't disappoint. From the minute we arrived until the minute we left, everything was good. The staff (as well as the owners) are amazing and incredibly helpful. Breakfast is taken whenever you like each day, you just poke your head around... more

From the moment we arrived at the Riad we felt relaxed and at home. We were given such a warm welcome and so much fantastic advice and help. The transfer to the airport went so smoothly and the driver was almost like a tour guide to the city, what a great way to start! We found our way around so... more

We spent a wonderful week at the Riad Safa - it is conveniently situated in the Medina in Marrakech but much more important is the friendly helpful attitude of the staff. Nothing was too much for the ownwers Frederik and Jean Michel to make our stay not only trouble free but truly memorable. They welcomed us with mint tea (first... more

From the first time we contacted Riad Safa, the owners and staff were more than accomodating. They arranged a private driver to pick up my wife and I up from the airport. The driver dropped us off at Place du Moukeff, and I would by lying if I said I wasn't in a bit of culture shock. As we stepped... more

Being our first trip to Morocco we arrived in Marrakech ready for anything. Leading up to our arrival both Frederic and Jean-Michel provided us with prompt email correspondence and details on our travel arrangements to the Riad. We were pleasantly surprised upon our arrival to the airport in Marrakech, our private driver was waiting for us and we had no... more

My partner and I spent three nights recently at the Riad Safa; as many guests have commented the hosts Frederic and Jean Michel are 5 star examples of how it should be done; they have created an oasis of elegant calm in this beautifully designed stylish riad and they know how to treat guests and make them feel at home.... more

First of all perfect transfert in time to the Riad where we have been welcomed by our hosts Frederic and Jean-Michel, my wife was already impressed ! Everything... more

Cannot fault this riad or its owners. I went with my husband to Marrakech for my birthday and from start to finish our trip was made easy by Jean-Michel and Frederic. Great recommendations for day trips and restaurants. Jean-Michel even drew us a little map with a 'safety buoy' so we would know where we were in relation to the... more
