What can I say, except don't do it! On the positive side, the staff were friendly. Jouad in particular spoke very good English and was very polite and accommodating. Riad Zinoun is a fantastic place only minutes away from the Place Jemaa El Fna and the famous Marrakech souks. The Riad is very comfortable,all guestrooms are nicely decorated and the bathrooms and bedrooms are very clean. Breakfast is great and is served in the center patio. This is a very nice place to stay, close to the Jamaa El Fna square. But the Riad is always quiet, and the people are really nice. The rooms are huge and cosy and the terrase is very enjoyable. Nevertheless, the prices are really expensive, and the "standing" is not as high as we could expect with such prices. more

We arrived at Riad Zinoun by accident as a booking somewhere else went wrong. Which was just as well because we couldn't have found it ourselves and we got a wonderful warm welcome. The rooms are lovely. All decorated differently. And the breakfasts were great. We felt at home there and we'll be going back. more
