My husband and I spent five wonderful nights at the El Mansour. The staff made us feel like we were guests in their home. Our room was very comfortable, and the common areas were lovely. The location was convenient to many things we wanted to see. We spent a fun day with a guide the riad lined up for us.... More

I travelled to Marrakech with a friend and we had a twin room round the stunning courtyard the room was very well equipped with beautiful en-suite shower room, very clean, tidied twice a day and free wifi. The staff could not have been more helpful, collecting us from the airport, booking taxis and tables, they gave us a map with... More

We have been to many lovely hotels around the world, but this one made us want to leave a review. It is sheer pleasure and comfort. We were so pleased that we managed to secure a booking here as our original dates were full. The staff are excellent and the rooms beautifully furnished, at least our bedroom, Jasmine was. It... So helpful staff, welcoming and helping us to book tables at restaurants and recommending places to see and stuff to do. Always smiling. Our room got upgraded to the suite, just because it was available and they wanted our stay to be as good as possible! Lovely clean room. Where they make the bed every morning and night! Fresh fruits,... More

It's the staff and the authentic ambience that makes this small Riad such a delightful place to stay. From our arrival in Marrakech to find Mustapha waiting for us at the airport we felt that we received personal service and attention to detail from everyone working at El Mansour. We had arranged dinner on our first night and enjoyed the... More

My friend and I stayed at Riad El Masour over the weekend and we were blown away by the place! It was stunning! We were met at the airport and taken to the Riad, then we were welcomed in by Abdess who sat down with us and gave us a map of Marrakesh and told us the best places to... More

Could not recommend Riad El Mansour more highly. We enjoyed the villa all to ourselves (going in August turned out to be the best decision ever, no tourists anywhere!) and subsequently were upgraded to a lavish suite for the duration of our stay. The staff could not have been more welcoming, hospitable, lovely or helpful. We accidentally slept until 2pm... More

The hotel is based in old marrakesh so you get a real feel of the culture and the way people live there as you are surrounded by it. The entrance is an old regal looking door that shows your eyes into authentic Morrocon world. The most noticeable being the hot tub in the middle of the hotel. The decor is... More

Thank you Simon, a lovely review. We pride ourselves on the individually we create at Riad EL Mansour. Also we pride ourselves that we don't pay an agency for all of our perfect wonderful reviews on here too! Our chef has been with us since we first opened almost 10 years ago now, she enjoys hearing all the positive comments,... More

Beautiful hotel with what felt like a very authentic Moroccan feel. Wonderful staff and is located in the centre near the old Medina so location is optimal. Food was a treat and rooms are of a decent size to fully enjoy your stay in old Marrakesh. I would highly recommend a visit to the Riad El Mansour, if anyone wants... More

Thank you Matthew for taking the time to leave us a review. We are very proud of our staff and the running of Riad El Mansour It is a shame we can get perfect 5 star reviews every single day like certain hotels on tripavisor in Marrakech, but hey... at least our reviews are from real guests!! We hope to... More

We just returned from a perfect 5 day break in Marrakech and our stay at Riad El Mansour We were met at the railway station by the Hotels driver Mustafa, who was waiting for us with a smile on his face and he proceeded to carry our luggage to his car. The drive was around 5 minutes to the hotel,... More

Hi Matthew, We are grateful for your review, and thank you for putting it on. Thankfully we are finding that less and less of our guests are coming from tripadvisor due to the dishonest and fake reviews they allow. Competitors are allowed to leave fake reviews and get away with it. We do hope you will return next year. More
