A small Riad at the north end of the Medina. It is run by Partick and Laurent, two Frenchmen, ably assisted by Abdou and of course the two chambermaids. Hospitality is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble. We arrived early in the morning, 0900, and after the booking in formalities, which was done with the accompaniment of green... More

Stayed at the Riad for two days and it was a great welcome to Morocco. Patrick and his staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. While they do not speak a great deal of English, they do everything necessary to make sure you know where you are going, can get around easily, don't get over-charged for taxis and more. The room... The staff were very friendly and helpful, and from the minute we arrived, they were incredibly attentive and helped ensure that our trip was worthwhile. We originally booked the hotel for 2, but before we left, a third friend decided to join the trip, so we messaged them asking for a room upgrade if they could do so for a... More

Beautiful historic place. We stayed for 7 days for a wedding. Mr Patrick and the staff are extremely helpful and attentive. Great food. Not recommended for your all-inclusive pool resort types. Everybody else rejoice

Me and my new wife stayed in the riad for about 11 days . When we arrived late at night , Abdel Latif greeted us with a Mint tea. He shows us our lovely room and even offered a free upgrade to bigger room. The room was specious specially Royal Rebat. The breakfast is delicious and it variable . The... More

Staying at Riad Lapislazuli definitively was part of the pleasure of my visit to Marrakech. The riad itself is an oasis of silence and delicate taste in the middle of this busy and noisy city, but the owners and staff hospitality and advice add even more value to the stay: when you arrive they give you a warm welcome so... Myself and a friend turned up here at midnight, thinking we had a booking with Riad Lapiz Lazuli. However after waking up one of the owners, he graciously took us in despite us having no booking, made us mint tea, showed us around and gave us a wonderful room. Following this he also got up at 6 in the morning... More

In a city of fast pace and hassle, this is exactly the hotel you want to come home to. It is beautiful in the common areas (lobby/hangout area with WiFi, Rooftop terrace) and also in the room. When we arrived, the owner gave us great advice about cabs and pricing and how to handle the locals, etc...something other Riads WONT... More

This riad is simply the best, here is why: 1) The owner/s Patrick and Lawrence go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. They are genuine and hospitable and really the two nicest folks you'll meet. 2) The staff they are wonderful! There are only three of them but trust me, they get the job done! Im ashamed... More

Beautiful Riad but a bit out of the way with really nice staff. They did have beds that accommodated a 6'4 person which is why we went with with this Riad. Overall a really nice place with helpful staff.
